Quite enjoyed our 2 days. The service was very mixed, the reception staff and at the pool they were really excellent, very friendly and helpful however, the breakfast staff, cocktail bar and restaurant staff were the opposite not helpful and considering it was quiet the service really slow, would hate to be there when they were busy! On the plus side the food was really good and the setting of the restaurant overlooking Naples bay is beautiful. Great pools and stone beach area, no problem getting a sunbed. Some areas of the hotel are a little tired but the room was fine and comfortable. The location is a little remote so if you want to visit the surrounding areas you will either walk a lot or use taxis, although €10 to the ruins at Herculanum or the town isn't too bad.

The area was very run down,the hotel is in poor condition and staff that don’t really care if you asked for anything they would type away on the computer and then say no. We were charged 3 different prices for wine. The shower in our room the door had been broken at some point but was never replaced as a result when you had s shower the water went all over the bathroom floor that’s an accident waiting to happen, the showers down at the beach only 1 worked flaking paint all over the place pool toilets were a mess. When we were leaving they tried to charged us for the use of the pool I refused to pay the charge. The whole experience was a very big disappointment and in all honesty I couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone either go further down the coast or stay In Naples

Lovely location with reasonable sized bedroom, opt for the pool side room if available. The pool area is beautiful, with lovely views. The staff were very helpful especially Marta and Benji who helped organized transport and helped with a change of room. A decent size gym with lots of equipment. Only drawback to the stay don't order fish and chips in the restaurant. enough said.

We loved this property and the staff. Chiara and the other ladies were extremely helpful. They assisted with car rental, cabs and sightseeing recommendations. They also helped us set up a marriage proposal which was absolutely perfect! Gigi at the restaurant was a gem! his meal recommendations were always perfect, his service and attention really stands out. I definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Naples.

Amazing and perfect in every way!

The facilities are poorly maintained. Sofa and furniture in the reception broken and dirty. My room did not work the ac. High humidity and wet sheets. Little or almost no light in the room. They couldn't offer me anything better so I canceled my reservation after the first night.

Beautiful location, rather crowded by visiting groups in the weekend.

Stayed for 3 nights. Everything worked and especially help with tours was appreciated. We had a room without balcony and the beds were foam and you felt into holes. Should be exchanged with new. Also one corner had water damage.

Very comfortable bed. Lovely seaside location with 2 pools. Restaurant looked great although didn’t eat there. Close walk to local area with restaurants. Free parking. A great choice for Vesuvius and Ercolino visits. Highly recommended

It was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was mo uber but the staff helped us get ataxi whenever we needed one. The views were great as it was right on the ocean. Would definitely recommend it.

Tremendously helpful service! We received a parking ticket when we went out to dinner and the reception staff worked so hard to find out how to pay it since we had to leave the next morning. They finally found a way to pay on line. They really went above and beyond to find a good solution for us.

Based on the advertisement the hotel was to be located at the see shore with beach and rooms onto the sea. The hotel is located in the middle of slums; really nowhere to walk, beach was newly build with stones and no access to water. Our room was on the street level looking into the city direction with next buildings scaffolding right in front of us and a walkway/driveway beside our window. The room had no operable windows; you could open only deck door facing onto the walkway. When we went back to the reception asking for room with the sea view we were told that we got what we paid for ……. We stayed only one night. The breakfast in the hotel was very good.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was buffet style and a selection on offer, lovely sea view and cost lines of Napoli / Sorrento Staff- Reception staff were friendly and polite. Restaurant staff were focused and efficient (I saw other reviewers say rude - I don't agree they were just doing their job) Hotel - currently work going on in communal areas - didn't bother us one bit. Room - no chairs on balcony, the shower was a little dark as the light is the other side of the partition. But room was clean & spacious. Location - it's 20min walk to Metro / train line. A small selection of food places 5-10 min walk or walk 15-20 min walk towards the train line to find more restaurants and Herculaneum. Beach - sea too rough to enter at the hotel but there are clam black sand beaches in 5-10 min walking distance. Personally we liked this hotel but I would say you need to be happy to walk to make the most of the area or pay out for taxi's Restaurant - food and drinks lovely - however it was a treat as it was definitely our most expensive meal of the trip. Pools - there are 4 outdoor pools - only 2 available when we went in May but I think they were still setting them up as they had not long reopened the pools - the 2 main pools are also huge! So I can image it being plenty of space to enjoy in the height of summer :)

The pools are fine, but the place needs updating. The bathroom is fantastic and way over the rest. It looks rundown and a lot of maintenance should be done, probably not very costly but right now nothing seems to be done. The escalator was "out of service", so only luggage was transported in it, but that seems to have been the case for a long time...

Very good hotel with a friendly staff and a good service. The only disadvantage is location - you have to drive via narrow dark lanes an side streets to reach it.

Beautiful place. Great views of the ocean and great restaurants. Staff super helpful. Arrived late and no problems. Room comfortable. A bit dated but nice. Still used regular keys for the rooms etc.

Great staff, great outdoor pools, stunning view of the Naples bay. We had an amazing week there! Train stations are a bit far away though and the immediate neighboorhood is run-down.

Pretty sea views. Hotel looked a bit run down but staff were very welcoming. Walked down to the beach and was horrified to see huge amounts of trash. They need a beach cleanup party!
