The room was clean and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was not comfortable. The mattress had a dent, and I could not get comfortable.

The first room we were given the door had a problem locking and the front desk staff checked it and then promptly moved us to another room. No fuss, no hassle. Just took care of their guests!

Checking in was somewhat tedious, considering I booked and paid for my stay weeks in advance. Generally speaking, my 4 day stay was pleasant and uneventful. However, one evening a group of people were allowed to dance and play music outside my window after midnight with apparently no intervention from management. Rooms are very clean and modern. I would return if in the area.

The staff and hotel were very nice! The lobby and room were renovated nicely. Two things that I wish they had are a pool and a sink at the area where the fridge and microwave were. We didn't get a chance to do the simulation sports that they had. It was quiet and the breakfast was good too.

This was the best hotel of our trip. The breakfast was superb. The room was nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The workout room was also really nice.

The room was clean, and we did enjoy our night's sleep. However, the luggage cart had one flat tire and the other side the tire was low. It made it near impossible to get our luggage to the 4th floor. Then the hallway was closed, and we had to walk all the way around the 4th floor to push the broken cart to the room. The morning that we checked out, the cart was missing, so we had to carry all of the luggage down the elevator making 3 trips to carry all of it. Due to the Hotel not using the air in the hallway, I was sweating and was almost late for a Conference I was to speak at. I understand sometimes things happen but when I paid $168 a night, I expected better conditions. I was not notified the Hotel was under renovation until AFTER I booked the room online.

The young lady at the front desk with the braids is always very helpful whenever I come to stay for my weekend visitations with my children. Very polite, very clean.

We were in room 118 and located outside all day were the cleaning crew and carts. We had a mouse in our room, were moved to a different room which has no extra sheets for the sofa bed, no blankets. Used pillows behind the couch. Spot cleaned only. Took my daughters there for a Vampire Diaries convention and would have moved hotels as did others, we found the mouse in the couch and we were ready for bed. A refund or offer of something would have been nice. But nothing!!

Booked the room through Expedia arrive at the hotel to find out they were canceling rooms all day because of over booking. Been trying to talk to some about but I had n luck.

The hotel facilities are newly renovated and the faci is super guest friendly. Facilities common spaces are great and the room comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and professional no matter the time or day. For the most part the area was nice and quiet, with the exception of my 4th night. Guest checked in the room next to me around 3AM and blasted loud music, talking for almost 2-hours. I called front desk and the volume went only down slightly. I don’t think they managed the loud music at an unreasonable hour well.

I had to move rooms multiple times there were roaches and they had home defense to use the bathroom flooded and all I was offered was towels after I had to clean it up there was a roach on the bed where my one year old was sleeping after they sprayed the manager Octavia is very nasty and rude and wouldn’t do anything to accommodate me after all the issues that went on let alone even apologize I use to love this hotel but with the new management I would never spend another penny I would rather sleep under a bridge before considering staying at that location ever again !!!

The room was cool until we saw the water bugs within 30mins. They staff was very nice and moved us to another room. We didn’t see any roaches in the new room.

It was amazing besides very slim pickings for breakfast and pitchers of juice instead of a machine. Very slow refilling the food trays and they only have clumpy waffles, they have giant pieces of sugar in them.

Stayed at the property before and was ok, they were reinovating. This time was not clean. Bathroom walls dirty. I had to go downstairs to get towels, there weren't any in the room. Telephone was not working.
Staff was pleasant.

This property was freshly renovated! The room I stayed in had a mondern feel with up to date appliances. The bed was firm and pillowy! I really enjoyed my time at yhis location. Money well spent!

I stayed in 302. The room was very spacious and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from checkin to check out. The inside design/layout of the building is also very inviting.

Upon check cops were there for an altercation involving the front desk attendant and guest! Needed bedding for the pull out sofa and it took 30 minutes for someone to actually do their job and help the guest! Won’t be staying there again!

The stay for the most part was good, but one light didn't work by the bed with a beat up lamp shade. And the Keurig did not work, which was pretty important for me because I only drink decaf coffee.

The receptionist named Patty was awesome. Very Friendly and Efficient. There was a cleaning lady who spoke very rude of a guest in my presence.

Checking in was a NIGHTMARE! Made me extremely late for my company party. The front desk attendant SHOWED that she did not want to be there, through her affect and body language. I understand that staff is short, because of the prior pandemic, but having “the right people, in the right place” is vital in this inflated climate, when you can choose where you spend your money. The only plus, is the room had two(2) televisions which is awesome when you’re traveling with family.
