Very easy to get everywhere in Brisbane and very close to the supermarket and small parade of shops.
Wished I had stayed longer than a week as great value for money and the staff were so helpful.

Great location near Story bridge and near lots of restaurants around Queen Street and the river. Comfortable, well equipped apartments, with excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Only thing we missed was a safe. Secure car parking for a reasonable charge available was a bonus too.

We enjoyed our stay as the apartment was more than adequate for our needs. Convenient location for groceries and within walking distance to the CBD.
Easy checkin, fast lifts to Ground Floor and Parking.
Pool and Gym were well looked after although we did not use during our stay. Would definitely stay when visiting Brisbane in the future.
A TV in the bedroom would have been nice but not essential.

Great location close to everything you need. Loved the spacious breezy balcony. Light and bright decor. A bit noisy at night only downside. But that's the trade-off for the great location

Our apartment was comfortable and spacious, providing everything needed. The location was perfect: mid-point between the Brisbane city centre, fortitude valley, and the river, providing extensive shopping and dining options. The furniture and fittings, although generally functional and clean, are suffering from wear-and-tear, and are probably due for some renewal/refresh. Really friendly and helpful staff at reception.

Nice 1BR apartment with large balcony. Full kitchen and laundry. Location is convenient to shopping and dining. Central station is a short walk away.

Great location, clean, spacious and well equipped kitchen. No complaints it was a lovely place to stay. Gym was clean and good equipment.

The proximity to Queens Street Mall and Brisbane Central station was a huge selling point.

Grocery’s next door but not any take out/dining options. Easy enough to get around but, the valley one way, the city the other with a hill here and there. 5 minutes to central station.

All Round Comfortable stay. Has all utensils for cooking. Less than 10 mins walk to either Central or Fortitude Valley train Station. Supermarket next door.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and CBD. Conveniently located next to a Woolworths Supermarket, medical centre, take away food outlets and pharmacy. Lovely indoor pool and spa with a BBQ area. Staff very polite and obliging. Will definitely come back again.

Friendly staff and clean comfortable room, ideal for short or longer stay.
It has everything you need and is all in good condition. The location was good, close to shops and transport.
Would definitely recommend.

We liked the gym and undercover pool and spa -we were able to use these even though t was raining. Great central location to the city and the valley

If you enjoy being comfortable or are travelling with children avoid at all costs. The beds are that bad that we all, including the kids woke up with sore backs. The floor would have been more comfortable.

Great location. Comfortable apartment with enough space for kids. Pool and spa were great. Servicing and replacement of soaps, shampoo and coffee was intermittent though - this only happened once in our 8 day stay. I’d consider going back, but would ask about how frequently the room is supposed to be serviced.

Apartment is spacious, and the photos on this website are similar to real rooms, the environment is pretty good and convenient, a woolworths, alcohol shop, and pharmacy are near to republic apartment, the staffs are helpful and welcome. A fly in the ointment is, some furnitures and kitchenware are worn out, such as the sofa, electric water boiler (but it's ok after changing a new one from the staff), range hood (even I don't need it).

Whilst feeling a little dated in terms of style and without double glazing, I otherwise enjoyed my stay at republic apartments.
My 7th floor apartment had all the amenities I need to sleep, wash, cook, and entertain myself.
Very little noise from anyone else in apartments around me bar one Friday night, and after their warm up they headed out at 10pm and I didn't hear any more.
The chap on reception was helpful and welcoming.
With Woolworths literally attached the building all you need for supplies is in very short walking distance for you to buy and then cook up in the apartment.
If I get to return to Brisbane I'd like to try other places, but I would happily return here if needed and would recommend as a basic but functional apartment to stay in for any period of time.
Some complaints from other reviewers about the Wifi having too much of a limit or not working, bar two evenings when it was saturated and unusable due to too much traffic going throuhg it, I was fine. Staying for 2 weeks, Republic also gave me a 15 day unlimited data pass for wifi.
