New rooms as hotel is currently under major remodel. Hallways are under construction but room was great.

I have stayed at hotels in Lafayette LA many times. This was the best yet! I will stay here again in the future. It was clean. But the staff was so kind and warm. There wasn't a single bug. It was quiet and clean.

Nice staff, good rooms. The place is going through refurbishment right now though so some of the facilities are closed and you may need to walk through building work to get to where you want to be.

The hotel was going through a full renovation, the 4th floor was mostly completed though all areas had ongoing work every day

The property is not we kept, there was a bug in the bathroom, smelling old and musty, curtains dingy & dusty.

Hotel is under renovations - but carpet in room was extremely dirty, walls scuffed up and furniture was stained up. Maybe they should have considered closing down until renovations are done.

The hotel will eventually be a nice one - the general areas are nice and the hotel itself is in a nice area. The breakfast is out of this world, and worth staying in just for this aspect. BUT, our room was terrible! It's because the hotel is renovating all the rooms and we were assigned one that wasn't yet renovated. The list of problems are endless, including a terribly stained carpet. We also found hairs in the bed (sheets!) I complained to the front desk about renting out un-renovated rooms (they absolutely shouldn't be doing this given the poor state they are in) and they did provide some compensation (for full disclosure) in the form of a future credit. I'm writing this review to say ask for a room on the third floor or up since those have been done. Other than this, it was a great stay.

Easy check in, staff is friendly and festive. I visited on Halloween to attend a Halloween party in Lafayette. Returning from my Halloween party at 4am I was really relieved how well lit the parking lot was. I travel alone a lot, my adult children worry about this for safety reasons. When I have stayed here in the past and on this occasion I really do feel at ease and safe. I hope the front desk lady looked great in her hocus pocus costume she told me about!

the people working at the hotel were very nice, especially Emily who went out of her way to accommodate my wife and I. The breakfast was good. The free shuttle from the airport was very convenient. The only drawback, is that the hotel is under a major renovation. The pool and outside area is not open. Some of the rooms are dated.

They are doing construction and parking is limited. The walls were cracked inside the room but they are doing repairs. The property is lovely and I cannot wait to see the improvements.

Overall the room was clean, but the carpet was stained in several areas and the cabinetry was in poor condition. Several scuff marks marked all of the walls.

The rooms were very spacious with full size refrigerator complete with ice maker. The staff was very cordial and efficient. The breakfasts were excellent. The breakfast Hostess kept everything very clean, well stocked and very friendly. Our stay here was great and we will stay again.

When I arrived on 3/15/23 after 3PM I was told I would have to wait a few minutes for my room to be ready. I said no problem it’s fine I’ll wait. When checkout time came on 3/17/23 my meeting was going over so I asked for just a 20-30 minute late checkout. I was rudely told no. Hypocrisy and bad business when the customer treats you better than you treat them. Other than that it was a fine stay.

Room was very dusty and furniture in suite old and not comfortable to sit on. Complimentary breakfast was good plenty of variety and clean. Would be nice to extend the hours to 1030 or 11. On vacation would like to sleep in a little and not rush to get up and ready just to make the breakfast. Other then that everything was ok. The lady doing the breakfast daily was the sweetest. Always so pleasnat and kind. Kept everything clean and.looking nice.

The breakfast and the staff that work for breakfast are wonderful. The airport shuttle is nonexistent unless you book it ahead of time and they actually have someone to do it which they did not so I ended up having to rent a car. My room was wonderful big clean, but the TV didn’t work but I don’t watch TV. I really enjoyed my stay.

I've really loved this hotel the times I've stayed there. But this weekend I was supposed to go and traffic was backed up it would have taken me 5 hours to get there and I'm only 2 hours away. I asked to cancel and switch it to another weekend they refused. So I won't be staying there again.

My stay at Stay Bridge was out of this world. Staff was friendly our room was clean. The breakfast selection was incredible. I’ll definitely be returning next year.

Room was great. Stay was great. Only negative was the hot tub jets didn’t work for the hot tub by the swimming pool.

We came for my husband can go to a college football game and ended up spending an extra night. We also viisted with my niece that goes to the college here. Was a great trip. People at the hotel were wonderful

Easy check in! Very comfortable bed. Curtains kept the early morning sun out great! Very spacious room. Best part, the breakfast spread was great!

I chose Staybridge mainly for the airport shuttle, which was prompt and friendly both ways. My room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly, loved the breakfast buffet. I would stay again
