Our stay was perfect! Staff was super accomandating for our wedding. Sad not to see the Turtle Club open yet, but they'll be back and so will we!

Everything was very nice, the staff very helpful and the beach was spectacular

This was about my Fifth stay at VBR. This property is well kept for its age. It’s convenient that the rooms are so close to the beach since there are no bathroom services near the pool /beach area. Pool is crystal clear and having the noodles were nice to have to float in both the gulf and pool. On a disappointing note, the turtle club was closed for hurricane damage repair.

We have stayed here before, not sure what happened. Front desk person rude and dont think you that you can use ammenities at this place while you wait for your room NOPE! Was told they had to "clear" the beach after the people check out?? Sad used to like this place.

I love the hotel very much it’s my favorite hotel in Naples . The only issues was the front desk lady she can barely speak English and Spanish she is very rude and mean. The hotels was very empty and she made me wait 3 hours for a hotel room.

Amazing experience overall, organized, front desk was helpful. Beach was beautiful.

The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The condo we stayed in was beautiful as well. The only thing we were disappointed about was we were not allowed to park and use the beach until 1pm...we arrived at 11:30am. It was somewhat inconvenient having to go to the public beach for an hour and a half; however, we were on the beach and life was good! Beautiful day!

I went on Hotels.com to get a hotel in Naples after the hurricane. Most places were filled up. Around 3 pm ,Vanderbilt Bch Resort popped up on the list for around $330 /night as open and available. I paid for a few days.
I was safe in Ft Lauderdale, and came to Naples knowing I had a good resort to stay at-there'd be NO other way to drive to Naples when my own home had no power, and was flooded.
When I got to Vanderbilt Beach Road at Vanderbilt Drive in Naples, the police said everything was closed on the beach, and I could not possibly stay where I said the resort was-no power.
I am so angry that they suddenly put this ad up on Hotels.com the day after the hurricane, and led me to arrive with no place to stay. Why couldn't they have just left the listing off, as it was the day of the hurricane??
Not Good PR folks, misleading people by putting up a post after a hurricane that knocked out your power.

A wonderful beach front view. It was great to swim in the
gulf at sunset. The rooms are elegant. The Turtle Club dinner was very good.

AMAZING!!! A quick escape from our busy schedule. This resort is very cozy and welcoming. We love the beach area and how conveniently was located to restaurants. The Turtle Club is a must do. The room had everything we needed and was clean. A quick stop to a nearby supermarket will give you the flexibility to enjoy the beach a little bit longer. Their staff was very attentive - a big kudos to Lupita who welcome us and make our stay extra special. Will definitely come back!!!

Liked that we were able to sit on the beach with provided chairs and umbrellas.
The freezer did not work and made noise.

We like hotels where you don't have to walk 10 minutes to your room. Small and charming hotel. Clean, nicely updated, great location, good service. Would like later checkout than 11:00, and breakfast. We walked to nearby Ritz Carlton for breakfast.

Enjoyed the resorts location. Also ate at the turtle club, which was excellent. Only wished furnace was quieter and refrigerator.

We had such an excellent stay at Vanderbilt Beach Resort. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It was fully equiped and appliances were all full size and working perfectly. The beach is a short walk across the street and the attendants at the beach went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Perfect place for a family beach getaway!!

Beds were comfy, kitchen was really nice to have and loved the relaxed feel to the place. Loved walking out the door and into the sand! The beach is beautiful.

Pros: Great Beach Service and Views of the Sunset, People clap at night when the sun sets...it is so gorgeous that it is like a movie. Incredible restaurant right on the sand 10 feet from the gulf. The food is SOOO good. Large, spacious condos with good, working kitchen and nice W/D unit.
Cons: The cleaning staff is a little lazy. They refuse to clean any dishes, which I found absurd. There was hair in 1 of the showers which they couldn't seem to remove or fix, even though I asked them to. They came right away but they couldn't remove it somehow, which was lame so I had to ignore it. This was disappointing. You do hear the chairs scraping the floor above you and below me someone was watching blasting loud tv on Saturday night till 11 pm. I had to call security and they told them to knock it off.
I am a very persnickety traveler, and I travel a lot, and despite all the above 'cons' - I would pick this place again in a heartbeat because the Pros definitely outweight the minor / trivial cons...Seeing the sunset into the gulf and eating dinner on the sand with such delicious food and beach service is something like a miracle for the soul. .

Absolutely fabulous staff. The junior suite impeccably clean and comfortable. And you can’t beat the location for gulf sunsets. Perfect in every way.

Exacto lo que buscaba. Una joya. Pudiesen hacerle mejoras a las instalaciones pero están atan bien ubicado y tan discreto y pequeño que se le pasa todo.

Property was amazing as for its proximity to the beach. However, we did have sugar ants in our room. In addition, we had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk attendant who was not only in accommodating but was flat out rude.

We had four rooms. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. It’s great having a full size frig. The mattress was just ok. We enjoyed the beach with chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. And The Turtle Club Restaurant was great.

Location is perfect. Steps from the beach but the bed was very uncomfortable, the cable didn’t work on our TV and there was a roach in the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Turtle Club restaurant is amazing.
