The place was a little tricky to find because most people walk or drive into next doors Marriott Hotel. Placed directly on the lake it has great views and is ideally situated for a stroll on the board walk. The service is strange and kept to basics. Kitchen, lounge and dining area are 9/10. We couldn’t get the gas fire going, but the air conditioning was almost sufficient. The pool area looked amazing so a visit with some children in tow would always be successful. Car parking did cost the usual fee for any in town hotel. So on a whole our 3 day stay was OK (we skied at Big White, 1 hour drive to the top carparking area) The only criticism was the small hotel bedroom. An artificial window filled out with Glas block bricks let a lot of light into the room, so it felt like we slept with the lights on. Can recommend the ‘Royal Kelowna’.

Amazing suite with tons of room for our family on our gorgeous ski trip. The infinity pool and outdoor hot tub were especially nice.

It was a beautiful king suite. We were quite impressed. Large balcony overlooking the lake. A rooftop swimming pool. It felt very luxurious compared to an ordinary hotel room. It’s expensive but worth it.

This was the perfect stay in Kelowna. Close to great restaurants and Prospera
8.0
Great location and amenities. Lights around outdoor hot tub and pool are very harsh and bright which distracts the beautiful view.
Bathroom towels are very hard as if they are not put in a hot dryer. Bed is very comfy bu the bottom sheet was very worn and bally,
So it almost feels like flannel.
Other than that great stay! Would stay again.

Hotel room was burglarized. Hotel staff was not helpful at all and took no responsibility. Would avoid this place at all costs.

Super comfortable beds and beautiful view of the lake!

Very comfortable apartment. They do charge extra for a resort fee. Since it is mandatory to pay, I think it should be included in the price. Parking is also extra.

Stayed here the year before and still dirty dishes left in the kitchen, lights burnt out , poor front desk service. Over priced parking 48$ for two nights. No happy most likely will never go back

This hotel was beautiful! We loved the pool area and the unique layout of the room/suite. The hallway was a little dirty (could use a vaccuum), but overall - amazing space!

All aspects were wonderful except for the iron . It was attached to a base for security reasons that made it impossible to use.

I don’t like heat pumps the air conditioner was blowing in my face when I was trying to sleep. But over all I liked the stay. Beautiful hotel

We stayed for 3 nights.Rooftop pool is amazing!
The suites are spacious, beds are comfy.
Couple things we didn’t like..
parking situation for oversized truck. They say there is parking available but when I went to the parkade the Grand seemed to have owned it. There was a worker there and said I wasn’t allowed and wanted to go double check. He never returned. I told Royal front desk situation. Instead of them calling the Grand and fixing the situation, they instructed me to park in the loading zone for the night. I received a warning from the Royal note on my windshield to move my truck or it be towed. I again talked to the front desk. He understood the problem, and instructed me to keep parking where it was.
The following day , another employee front desk approached me and was furious I was parked there. After she got out what she had to say
I explained to her I have only been instructed to keep parking where it was. It’s not the guests responsibility fo call the Grand and hash out their disputes.
I have no idea why the manager didn’t take care of the situation and get in contact with the Grand hotel for shared parking accommodations or whatever it is they have between them.
But be prepared for a shitshow about it.
They don’t clean the rooms during your stay but charge a clean fee when you check out as well.

Not good for business travelers. Better suited for family travel. Not really a hotel. No restaurant at the hotel.

best two things are location and amenities open - nice pool and hot tub on roof.

Great location if you’re staying in Kelowna. Right on the lake with a beautiful view, and within walking distance from their main street area. Our condo was perfect for two couples, plenty of room and nice amenities, including a washer/dryer in the unit.
