Fantastic service and so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast has everything you need and the rooms are lovely. Nothing but praise from me. We would definitely stay here a second time if we find ourselves in Palermo again.

This was the best stay during our 2 week trip to Italy. The elderly gentleman who manages the property clearly cares about it and the guest experience there. He even drove and found us when we had a bit of a hard time finding it initially. The entire property was pristine and beautiful, breakfast options are plenty and all major sights are walkable. Would definitely return on our next trip to Palermo!

You could not find a better place to stay in Palermo. The room was large, very comfortable, and charming, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is in a courtyard off the street, so it is safe and quiet, yet it is within easy walking distance of sights, restaurants and shopping. The highlight is the friendly, warm and helpful hosts at Palazzo Pantaleo. I could not recommend this accommodation more highly.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a fantastic location. A historic building with a spacious room in the heart of the city. Delicious breakfast with excellent service. Giuseppe met us personally and guided us into the hotel on his eScooter. He is a gentleman - the epitome of old fashioned charm and wisdom. We recommend that during your stay you pop into his office, turn of your phone, sit, slow down and engage in a real conversation. You will discover through his wonderful dry humour that he was born in the building and is part of the social fabric of the city.

Fantastic, quiet location on the edge of the old quarter. Lovely room and helpful staff. The hotel is now in a pedestrian zone and we had a car, so someone from the hotel had to guide us to the hotel car park.

The Palazzo Pantaleo is very well located in Palermo but is an older hotel. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was OK. Mostly pastries. We were able to park in their lot for our two nights without charge which was great.

The owner is very nice and sweet, he came out to lead us the way to the b&b in the morning after we got off from the ship. He even kindly offered us breakfast on our arrival, and also brought us a jar of freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious! The room is very comfortable, and quiet at night. we parked at the courtyard , easy and secure. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this b&b.

Extremely positive experience to stay 2 days in this centrally located small hotel. The manager Giuseppe made us feel home from the moment we arrived until leving.

Great location: minutes away from the airport shuttle bus stop, walkable distance to Teatro Massimo and the old town. Even the train station is only 20 minutes walk away, so all the key sights are within walking distance. Quiet: despite being next to the main street there was no traffic noise. Cleanliness: pretty clean everywhere so that’s great. The decor is a little bit dated but there’s a certain calming charm to it.

If you're looking for basic yet stylish, reasonably priced accommodations in the best part of Palermo, this is the place.

We were a family of four (two teenagers) and the place was great for us: The location, the spacious room with the small balcony, the continental PLUS breakfast, and the helpfulness and flexibility of the staff. (And actual hi-speed wifi is always a winner!). Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay in busy Palermo. Next to the nice shopping street and close to the tourist attractions. As we had a car it was great to park in the courtyard for free. Fresh breakfast with a lot of fruits. The room was nice with a modern bathroom. Very quiet and safe and beautiful restored.

Tranquil B&B just set back from the main shopping street of Via Maqueda, but only 10 minutes walk to the heart of the city of the Quattro Canti. Another advantage is it is also not far from the airport bus route, although can be a bit tricky to find as a result of development works at Politeama. We had a big spacious, traditional room, which was spotlessly clean. Excellent daily breakfast, taken in the conservatory reception and what seemed like an inexhaustible supply of bottled water in our room fridge. Giuseppe the owner was pleasant and welcoming, all in all a great place to stay.

Great location close to sightseeing, clean and comfortable. Just a little confusing the entrance to the property. The entrance to the building is in a corridor on the street and has a railing gate. You can’t see it from the street, but the owner is very helpful, the place is clean and very good breakfast.

Parking was available on the hotel ground. Location is superb. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine. The place could do with updating but then the costs would also climb.

The owner of this B&B Guiseppe, he is very kind and he was trying to help us. Thank you so much. Do not drive a car outside on weekend, Palermo. It will be blocked in old city.

Location is excellent, the room is huge, free parking - a big bonus in Italy, bed comfy, decent breakfast and the manager Guiseppe is a great guy, always willing to help.

Parking is in the courtyard which is accessed by the walking street if arriving on Sunday or a holiday, as they extend the walking part of the Corso. A/C works; you control the temperature. Walkable to centro storico. Shopping close. Quiet. Staff super friendly and service oriented. Breakfast good; no bacon and eggs. Great coffee. One of the few hotels at city centers with free parknig.

We stayed in the Palazzo Pantaleo for only one night, on our way back to the US, and wish it could have been longer. The building is quirky (it all works), a rehabbed palazzo with terazzo floors. The room was very large as was the bathroom. It's located in a space off a main road and is very quiet. The owner, Giuseppe, is kind and considerate and speaks English. We had to leave too early to enjoy breakfast, alas, but he arranged for a ride to the airport for us. The location was very close to the Teatro Massimo, where we saw an opera that night.
