The hotel overall, including the small waterpark is a phenomenal idea. While the hotel itself was decent overall, I’m always disappointed when things like mismatched cushions on an old couch and strong odors are “overlooked”. The breakfast staff were very nice and the breakfast was quite decent. However, the desk staff over a 5 day period were less than motivated. Most times as we left or re entered the hotel, they never even looked up from their cell phones.
Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms seemed clean from what we could see.

Had the 2 bedroom/2 bath room with kitchen. Great room, clean and well kept, and awesome pool with water slide for the kids. Staff was really great and facility was very clean and well kept - you can tell the management teams and staff care - which is hard to find these days. Nice job!

the reason i booked was the swim park and it was closed. the website did not say it was closed. The guy that checked us in was very rude. The direct line from my room to the front desk did not work.

Only things negative were the construction in the area making it a little bit hard to navigate, and the fact that one of theotel guest's trucks had been broken into early morning.

Great family friendly rooms. Comfortable beds, space to fit a family. Terrible water slide hours. Never got to use it because it’s only open a few hours on the weekend which isn’t on the description of the hotel. Biggest complaint was the kitchen staff literally was taking food away right in front of guests 2 minutes before breakfast hours ended. We were reaching for the milk for the cereal and she reached around us and took it away. Ear buds were in their ears so you couldn’t talk to them. As a former hotel kitchen staff member, we put guests needs above leaving early and served them until they were done. I’ve never seen such terrible service at a breakfast at a hotel. I was down there with my son 30 minutes earlier and people were asking for the hot foods to be refilled and she didn’t do it. Then when my family came down she was cleaning it all up minutes before the hours ended. Great rooms… but the amenities could be improved with their hours and service to paying guests.

I've stayed here many times because I love the full kitchen when I'm there multiple days. Usually, no complaints. This time was terrible however. The walls and floors are very thin. I got stuck on the first floor, so I got to hear little kids running up on the second floor above me until 1am. I tried to notify the front desk for help with the situation, but the phones didnt work and when i tried to call on my cell, the peraon at the front desk just let it ring. At the same time, I could hear the TV next door through the paper thin walls. And sure enough, 8am comes aroind and housekeeping walks right in, do not disturb on the door and everything. Then they did it again at 10:30, when checkout was 11. Apparently, I wasnt getting out of their hotel fast enough for them.

The room was good. Couch & other areas were very worn but it was clean. The pool was very dirty, slide was broken, rust spots on the slide area. One night from 10:25pm-10:50pm a male was outside at the front door sitting next to a running vehicle blasting must. The male was drinking beer. He then peed at the smoking post. At that point I knocked on the window & yelled. He got back in the car but continued to drink & blast music.

The staff was very friendly and even let us check in early with an upgraded room. The only complaint is that there was no ice other than asking for it at the desk. Great place!

The rooms are super nice! I love that the rooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash built in the showers. The room was nice and clean. The pool was the highlight of the stay for the family, with the water slide. We will definitely stay there again.

The stay was wonderful! The breakfast was beyond what I had expected. It was amazing! We didn’t stay long enough for swimming, but everything else was better than what we expected.

The hotel was really nice breakfast was nice they have a big variety king size bed was a little uncomfortable and the sofa sleeper is outdated and ripped up the pool was super cool water slide was awesome my son said but the chlorine was so bad my eyes were burning the entire time and my husband got an allergic reaction from the hot tub and i had to rush and get benadryl thank goodness it helped.

Rooms are too small, 2 queen room was not big enough for 4 adults to move around beds. Social hour is pathetic. Breakfast was good, not great. Pool is ok with slide. Great staff.

The hotel is great for the price, but there are no grocery stores or restaurants nearby. "You must get in the car."

The hotel was average. The pool looked like it was not cleaned or maintained. There was brown stains on the slide on the floor, dust on the air ducts, water build up on the windows and the splash playground. Too much chlorine was used in the pool, so that your eyes would burn from the fumes and even the kids noticed and complained. The breakfast was delicious, but the seating area where you eat was uncomfortable and small.

Brian, our front desk clerk, was fabulous! We asked for a referral for nearby ethnic restaurants and ending up using both of his referrals. Unbelievably excellent food at both. He was so helpful to my friends and had a fun demeanor, which we all enjoyed. He also called to inform us of the breakfast hours on weekdays, as we had arrived on Saturday. We may have missed our Monday breakfast. We all loved the food choices and quality. Fresh and clean buffet. Our suite was very clean, the beds and pillows were like clouds- we all slept better than we do at home! My only complaint is there is no maid service unless you stayed a week. We asked a maid in the hallway for trash cans to be emptied. She said she would but did not. Your hotels are not reasonably priced if basic services are not filled on a daily basis. It also keeps your rooms cleaner when food and wet trash doesn’t spill over the can onto the carpets. We ended up taking our filled bags to Brian and he gave us new bags and apologized. Thank you for hiring associates like Brian who care.

First, the swim area was AMAZING for our kids. The hours are super limited, so please ask about that!
Now the rest of the experience was lackluster at best! We are a fan of Staybridge for our large family. This was a very old and rundown version of other properties. The pullout couch had a hole in the mattress and was only a twin size, which was not big enough for the two kids that needed to sleep in it. The dishwasher in the room was coming out of the wall. The area in the kitchen was barely big enough for one.
Additionally, the hotel was out of everything. Not enough luggage carts, not enough towels for the pool, not enough spare pillows for the room. And the workers seemed frustrated with our asks.
I would not stay here again, even with the pool.
