The tv remote was broken, the faucet leaked in the bathroom, and the pool was dirty.

We were in town for the 10K and it was close to our friend's home. Easy to go back and forth. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice after the race.

I always visiting Richmond and Country Inn & Suites @ I-64 is my go to spot -- relaxing, close to everything I need to get to and safe.

Elevator clangs, sink didn't drip... It was a steady stream. Rauchy Indian incense. Breakfast was what you might expect in the third world. No TV remote in the room. Shower should have been labled a "Light Mist" instead of a "Shower". Charged my visa instead of the offer to let me pay when I arrived.

Some minor issues, with remote control and bathroom amenities, but they took care of them quickly.

Our room was clean. We had 2 queen beds and a fold out couch. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The staff was so nice. The breakfast was not great but pretty standard for hotels in the same class. I wish there was more room for tables and to walk around the food.

The stay was good, for the limited t8me i was in the room. I was a little disappointed that my room was an hour late being ready, because i had to meet family at a certain time. I was looking forward to unwinding after a nearly 5 hour drive.

We had an awesome stay. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would stay here again myself.

I have stayed here several times. Good value free cost. Usually stay is uneventful. This time night #1 was fine. Second move the heater started making intermittent noises rather loudly. I was already in bed and doubted service was abailable. Didn't want to switch rooms so i stayed and tried to sleep. After awhile the noise stopped. I reported to desk as i checked out.
Otherwise rating was a 5 and I'll defintely stay again.

Not what i expected out of a Country Inn & Suites. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Sausage and waffles were basically raw and the coffee was bad.. There is a "NO Smoking" sign in at the front enterence where there is also the butt can for everyone to stand beside and smoke. The furniture all has burn marks on it from where people sat, smoked and put their cigarettes out on the furniture. The floor was EXTREMELY noisy from all the drunk adults. We NEVER had a chance to use the pool or gym because kids where in both ALL the time. The pool hours even state from 11pm-12pm it is adults Only but the pool was full of kids until midnight.. The One good thing was the lady at the front desk was So NICE. She was the best part of the stay

Everything was great except on arrival, and for hours the music from nearby bar was very loud, But, by the time we got back to the room after our event, they had calmed down. Everything inside the hotel was absolutely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This property is marginal at best. The rooms are... meh. The shower is downright dangerous. My family and i stayed in two rooms. My room had mold, used condoms wrappers, and dusty vents. My sisters room had the same shower issue and their microwave almost caught fire.
Worst complimentary breakfast ive ever had. Moldy cereal. Stale bread. Undercook waffles. Dry sausage. Just awful.
Stay at your own risk.

It was all fine until I got back later that evening. In spite if the “Do not disturb” sign, toilet looked as if it might have been used by someone and also a drawer was left halfway open, which I never used. A bit mystifying and concerning. Otherwise, the staffgasbeenwonderful.
