A very nice place to stay. We loved the fact that it was fast and easy to get checked in and that they welcomed our dog. We have a larger dog, and many hotels won't accept her. The room was great and so was the breakfast the next day. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff here were helpful, the room was clean and had everything we needed, the coffee was good and fresh all day. We used to stay at a nearby hotel but decided to give this one a try after a bad experience and we’re so glad we did! We’ve already booked it for our next trip.

Always my favorite hotel stay in Winchester. Clean and pretty rooms, and I love how the natural light shows into the bathroom. Comfy beds and pillows. Staff, friendly and efficient. Breakfast and coffee are just right. Thanks for another great stay!

Great stay. Needed a rest on our way to Myrtle Beach. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We have stayed here for several years now. Very convenient and everyone was really nice!

Hotel room was fine. The bathroom shower was really a joke. The water spilled all over the place because it did not have proper incline of the floor.

Our door lock was damaged it looked like the door had been kicked in before. Or someone needed to use a pry bar to get in. The toilet paper holder had previously been broken off and just screwed to a block of wood on the wall. Half the hallway lights were flickering. Half the tv channels weren’t working, and the air conditioner barely blew cold air. Don’t get me wrong I’ve stayed at worse hotels before but don’t let the pictures and 9 stars fool you. Should be rated about a 7/10

We stopped at this hotel on our way home from Florida. Room was spacious and clean. Only recommendation is to heat the pool. Teenagers said it was too cold to go into. Overall great stay!

Hotel was very nice and spacious. We traveled with a dog and the hotel was aware of this. We paid the extra pet fee. We were also charged a fee for noise as our dog did bark. In the fine print it states that noise free rooms cannot be guaranteed…. No where in the fine print does it state one will be charged a noise fee.

I originally booked this hotel room just so me and my kids could swim in the indoor pool. The pool is absolutely freezing.. no refund or credit was offered. Then i was told
Breakfast ended at 10 it closed at 9. At 9 am housekeeping was knocking . Came back at 10 unlocked the door and came in ! Check out wasn’t until 12 .

Just a quick overnight while traveling from NC back to NY. Easy to get to and from I-81. Comfortable room and plenty of space. Plenty of choices for a speedy breakfast.

The staff was amazing but the building was only ok. The pool had no heat and I only found out after getting my kids in the suits and taking them down to frigid water. I get that happens but when I mention traveling with kids you could tell me. The hallways had space heaters plugged in which was concerning. Again I get things happen but not ideal. Lastly the bathroom, at least in our room, was very unfriendly for travelers with kids. Not only was there no bathtub the shower was set up so I couldn’t even help my toddler shower. Not horrible and fine if it’s adults but with kids it was less than stellar.

Couldn’t get the heat to work. No hot water in the sink or shower and the sink was very slow to drain. Won’t stay here again.

Unfortunately we didnt have any hot water, at night or in the morning. We also had a lot of dog hair in our room. It was a huge problem as I have a signiticant allergy and was thus up all night. The staff were polite.

Everything was perfect except the roller bed. The spring was too loose, when you lay down there was hardly no support. So we had to put mattress on the floor.
