We stayed at the quadruple room. It was clean, spacious. Through the window on the top, the Rhein river was seen and the sound from the bell at the church was fantastic. Enjoyed the stay!

We liked the location, the parking option, the dining options along the boardwalk of Ruedesheim.
The renovations of the hotel were impressive. The best addition to it was AC. Our first hotel with AC in Germany!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast in cosy cortyard. Room 307 perfekt for families. Perfekt location in Rüdesheim. 10/10 Would stay here again. 10/10 Will recommend to friends and family.

We loved the ambience of the room. The hotel is very welcoming, super clean, ideal location, wide selection of fresh foods, delicious breakfast, prompt and efficient service. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back.

Very nice hotel, clean with a great location to all the Rhine river activity! Close to all the restaurants with convenient parking. And one of the most important amenities is rooms Have air conditioning. Slept like a baby, thank you so much.

The hotel is well located in Ruedesheim very close to the main part of town where the restaurants are.
The room was of a good size and very clean. The windows were very effective in blocking out the noise of the freight trains that seem to run most of the night on the track that follows the course of the Rhine. The wifi worked well and breakfast was good. The hotel offers onsite parking for a fee but if you arrive after 18.00 there are two very close public car parks that are free until 09.00 in the morning.

Superior or excellent means more things in a hotel to Americas. This was average. Small rooms, very small bathroom, she did say noicier on the street. But we took it vs. the rooftop view with laundry over the courtyard with no views. Construction on that street which is not normal for 2022. Pd 2 euro for a small bottle of water in the room. Breakfast was good. Down the street a block is the huge park with wine, chairs, music, view! The best! Next time I'll pick another hotel, 2 bars across the street open late. Check in okay. Owner on site speaks English.

Nice hotel in with central location. The restaurant was surprisingly closed from Sunday to Thursday. Ok rooms. Some noise from other rooms during the night. Break feast was average and rather crowdy. Nice staff. Reception closed early.

Enjoyed this hotel very much. Family room was very spacious and comfortable. Beds are upstairs and bathroom downstairs. Excellent breakfast and great staff.

The hotel had all the modern amenities to include AC in some rooms, but still managed to the maintain that old world charm that makes the area such an attractive travel destination. The staff is most welcoming and accommodating to make your stay as comfortable as possible, plus the location makes the city square less than a 5 minute walk. Lastly, recommend that you take advantage of the ample delicious breakfast. All in all we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Friendly staff, modern rooms, quiet, restaurant (old wine Stube) looked like in the pictures, great atmosphere and great regional wine selection. Definitely recommend it and will stay there when visiting the beautiful Rhein area again.

Very nice place and cozy, but the WiFi, which is important to us, was non existent. When you ask for it or why I doesn’t work, they just gave us the run around.

Walkable distance to the train station. Nice room with clean bathroom. Our room was facing inner parking lot so it was quiet at night. The variety of breakfast is good as well! The luggage storage service was extremely helpful since we went out all day for the Rhine river cruise tour after check out!

Comfortable room in a great location; they served a well-appointed continental breakfast. Shower was a little cramped, but all other aspects of the visit were excellent.

We stayed in Family room. The room was messonet type and very large. Beds and duvet ware very soft and comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay, and children insisted to stay longer.

If I could, I would give 4.5 rather than 4 for my ratings as the hotel was better than 'pleasing'. It is a quaint hotel in a convenient spot, but with large modernised rooms, comfortable and well decorated. The staff were friendly, but not all spoke English (I wouldn't expect that they would - or should - but just noting it). Breakfast was the usual European style, but on the plus side, my choice of cooked egg was personally made for me on week days, a very small minus was that the orange juice available tasted artificial. Coffee was also provided individually in an insulated jug. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom reasonably appointed, although the shower was just a little low in height.

Hard to access reception staff at 14.00hours in the afternoon.
Reception staff slow and reluctant to appear in person and unwelcoming.
Accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable.
Ideal location in the Altstadt for sightseeing, meals etc...

Parking in Hypo Parking was quite difficult to access due to pedestrian area and one way traffic system but once parked up it was a short walk to the hotel.

We did a two day getaway with the family. We stayed in one of their family rooms. It was quite large and and had all we needed for our two night stay.

This hotel was great, good atmosphere, great location right in the heart of the town. Only had breakfast there and this was great and plentiful. Staff were all too pleased to help and made you feel welcome.

The rooms were neat and tidy and the included breakfast was absolutely great! But the hotel is a bit far from the station, so I would recommend ordering a taxi beforehand.

The hotel is in the heart of an adorable town along the Rhine and within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. The service didn't speak the best of English, so we had a little trouble at the front desk. We received (paid for) a WiFi code, but it's only for one device. Parking is at a fee, but it's a small lot and fills fast. However, there is a lot next door that is free at night (charges hourly during the day). No A/C in the room and our room overlooked a courtyard with everyone's laundry hanging outside, so not our favorite view. But the room was nice.
