Very dirty! Carpet dirty , stained and smelt. Walls dirty and beat up. Entrance outside motel dirty. Needed pressure washing. Grounds had not been maintained!! Called General Manager to make a complaint and she never returned my call!!! No excuses!!

Very dusty room...streaks on tv screen. Seems like it was cleaned a long time ago & the room has been vacant for awhile. No shampoo & only one little bar of soap. Beds were clean enough so we elected to just stay & not ask for another room. No refrigerator; it was a tiny ice box thing. It & microwave are under the tv so you literally need to get on the floor to use them. Coffee maker had no outlet near it so had to move to bathroom. Staff checking us in & out could have cared less about us. Sorry, I state my true opinions. Won't be back & we need to stay in that area 2x year.

Excellent experience. We are saving this place as a favorite for future drives to amd from Florida.

Mrs.Jane was exceptional from checking in to my checking out. The rest of the staff were just as exceptional ( manner-able, full Of smiles, and customer service at 1000!!!

It was an overnight trip and I was tired by the time we checked in there lady was very friendly my only concern was the bathroom was not cleaned.

Bed was comfortable and shower had great pressure. Not to clean, breakfast was awful. Bathroom needs a good cleaning , floors and walls.

The room was very dusty, like it hadn’t been used in awhile. It did not smell clean. Towel shelf was falling off the bathroom wall. No tissue in the tissue holder. Mattress cover was scrunched up under the sheet and could not fix it. The bed frame stuck out on one side of the bed. It was very dangerous!! Luckily I saw before I cut myself on it. Very noisy!!

Clean and comfortable. The wifi did not work in the room that we were first assigned but the front desk worked to move us to one where it did.

I’m from Florida. The heat was nonexistent in the room. Woke up freezing, discovered the heat was NEVER going to work. End of story. Oh yeah, nice breakfast.

The person who greeted me at the front desk was rude and unpleasant when I walked in. She barely made iContact. She never said hello never smiled although she was nice to other people who didn’t look like me. Other people working there were very nice.

I was very please with the room, very clean and quiet. The staff was very nice. I’m glad that I stayed.

Staff was very helpful in meeting our needs.

My room had bugs that we had to keep killing. The staff told us it was nothing they could do because we booked through expedia. I am very dissatisfied

Ms Jane works front desk. She was very friendly and welcoming all the way to the housekeepers and the lady that served breakfast. Thank you all. The room was nice and clean. Love they hot water and shower pressure. Breakfast was okay just wish they would think about people that don't eat beef or pork and serve turkey products. Overall we'll stay again.

Heavy smell of “Carpet Fresh” all through the hotel and pillow had a slight “oily” smell. Otherwise things were decently clean. Employees were all very nice and helpful. “Eco-friendly” rating of 1 due to plastic and styrofoam cups and plates rather than paper.

Restaurant choice.

Overall we had a good stay. Our room was ok although the entrance light didn't work and there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Comfortable after a long ride. A good stopping point from Boston to Orlando.

Property was decent. Used to stay here in the past but this experience was just ok. Our room had a slight hint of stale cigarette smoke. The bed linen wasn’t as clean as it could’ve been. We didn’t have enough washcloths (only 2 and there was 3 of us), not enough hand towels (only 1 for 3 of us). The room looked like it had been updated since I last stayed there, but the mini fridge and microwave shelf looked very old and dusty. We stayed in a suite so the bedroom door partially blocks the entryway of the bathroom, at least by 6 inches. Very awkward set up. I couldn’t keep all the lights off when going to bed for fear of walking into the door if I had to use the restroom on the middle of the night. The breakfast was decent. I got full. Staff members were pleasant. I reserved a room for my dad and when he walked in the room, the TV was on, towels were on the bathroom floor, the bed wasn’t made. We had to go back downstairs to get a key to a different room. The staff said housekeeping staff marked it as being cleaned but it wasn’t.

Kiara, at the front desk, was warm and pleasant and had a smile for everyone. She was so sweet. Room was spacious and comfortable. Could have been cleaner. Dust on the lamps, shmutz on the floir by the ottoman. Breakfast was very good. All-in-all i would choose to stay here again.

Dog friendly and pool was great

For the past 2 days I stayed there my floor smelled like marijuana so I went down stairs and told the front desk clerk she told me that other guest told her the samething but she can’t pin point which room it is but this is an smoke free motel I immediately told her I have kids in my room as well that’s why I’m coming to you with this I will not stay at this hotel again

We showed up for our reservation early in the morning and the staff was incredibly rude the entire time. They refused to honor our reservation and we were forced to pay for another hotel

The hotel and the area around it was nice and quiet. The staff was great! The room was clean the breakfast was awesome.

Excellent place to stay for the night.

Breakfast was not very good. Eggs seemed to be reheated from a previous day, much different from another Country Inn and Suites we were at. Disappointing.

Nice clean room, very responsive and friendly staff. Breakfast staff was very good, but there were no tea bags or butter by 8 a.m. so maybe stock more(?) Overall, a nice property and good value.
