The property amenities were wonderful - great restaurant and coffee shop (great food and reasonably priced which is hard to find on the island), beautiful pool and outdoor sitting areas, and nice views of Magens Bay. The room (mainly kitchen area) and outdoor stairways are in need of updates.

The property is beautiful, well kept. The restraunt on site was wonderful. Our issue was that we lost power/water in the middle of the night. Our room was hot and stuffy, got zero sleep. There was no water to brush our teeth, shower, flush the toilet, nada. annnndd apparently this is the " norm" for this place so we really didnt get sn apology or any compensation, the woman in the office simply said" i live here so i know and im dealing with it" Well..we're on vacation and that response to me was unacceptable. A hotel should have a generator?

The common areas and food was great! But the villas themselves were in poor condition. The linens were nice and the bed comfy but overall very dated. We do love the food though.

Nice natural setting with a beautiful view of Magan’s Bay. It has a good restaurant on site. However, it is a bit of a drive to busy shopping areas.

Flamboyan was a lovely resort to relax for our last night on the island before heading home. We enjoyed sitting in the hanging egg chairs by the pool with the beautiful views as well as walking down to Magens Bay. Having a nice breakfast cafe and dinner restaurant on the resort added to our relaxation. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not available for use during our stay. Also, if mobility is a concern, be sure to reserve a room on the reception desk level. Otherwise, negotiating stairs with your luggage will be a challenge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice.

We reserved and paid for a studio two months ahead, and our reservation was mistaken by the staff, and we were put in another room which was a terrible rough hilly path especially with two suitcases.

The Flamboyan is a real jewel with amazing views of Magens Bay, beautiful grounds with inviting pools and restaurants, and lovely rooms.

Overall, we rate this property 5-Stars. We stayed in room 112 with a magnificent view of Magens Bay. The room was completely renovated with beautiful tile, artwork, furniture and a new balcony door. As an added plus, we arrived on NFL Divisional Championship Day and jumped for joy when we discovered an on premises Sports Bar. The property also features a great gourmet coffee shop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend this property with its close proximity to the best beach on St. Thomas.

We have stayed here several times and will continue to be our main go to every year when we visit.

Lovely place. Lovely grounds. Helpful staff. Rooms are amazing. Looks out over Mangen Bay. Loved the bar and restaurant on grounds! Would highly recommend this place to anyone considering it!

Overlooking Megan’s bay, this place has 2 pools, a really good restaurant and bar, a coffee/breakfast place and either a walk or cab ride away, the most beautiful beach in the world. The room gave me Miami vibes and loved that the comfortable bed was raised on a platform area. Loved the cat sanctuary. The grey and white one sat on my lap, which is unusual!

I liked the common areas, however, the hot tub is not in any way a hot tub…it was more of a lukewarm tub…the restaurant was very good as was the coffee/breakfast shop. There are a LOT of steps at this resort, so be prepared to go up and down a lot. My room was just okay. I did not like that the door didn’t have a deadbolt or security chain. My friends were in the room next to me and their sliding door didn’t lock properly. This is a major security concern for women traveling alone. One hot tub is currently not working and this is also a cat sanctuary, so be prepared to see cats all over. I had to buy coral reef safe sunblock here and it was very expensive, so try to get it before you arrive on the islands. While I really enjoyed the restaurant food, it took forever for them to acknowledge us when we walked up each evening to be seated. And there was one older gentleman server who was too grumpy for someone who lives in the tropics. Overall, it was fine, but I’m not sure I would stay here again.

Was an easy walk on the road to Megan’s bay. Pool, food, and music was perfect.

I've been coming here for years - such a great place! Everyone is so nice, the restaurant onsite is convenient and delicious and the view of Magens Bay from the main patio deck (and many of the rooms) is gorgeous. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stop in St Thomas. Hotel is clean, has a good restaurant that is incredibly reasonable in pricing as well. A little pricey to the airport but the 15 minute walk to Magens(sp)Bay makes up for it!

The property is beautiful with a number of amenities. The staff is amazing! So friendly, accomodating, and absolutely wonderful! My family had an amazing time! Oh, the cats and chickens just make things that much more fun and unique!

Great property & amazing views. Food at the on-site restaurant tasted great. Laid back vibes thanks to the beautiful trees, flowers, & rescue cats roaming the property.
Our room was great but could’ve been cleaned better.

It’s a little too far from town and it’s expensive to get to town from here…
Restaurant was good but pricy…
Had a bad experience with some employee named Big Wheel, was rude and tried to cause a fight.

It’s been 6 years since Irma & Maria the electricity and/or the water pressure is low or out! Furniture needs to be replaced (in living room area),and the bar soaps were all discolored.
But view, ac unit, bed storage, kitchen appliances was awesome!

Overall, rooms are dated. Requires remodeling to be on par with other island resorts, but still nice. The common areas are nice and the views are amazing.

Beautiful property and great friendly people working here. Pool was immaculately clean although the hot tub was more of a a bubble tub as it didn’t get hot. My family would stay again. Bed was firm but comfortable and ac was great!

Initially assigned to room 109. Not a good choice for me. No weather stripping on door. Allowed mosquitos to come in the room. I killed one and another showed up. I killed another and another showed up. Kept getting bit. Multiple bites on arms and legs. Was going to leave and go to another property, but they agreed to assign me to a different room, an upgrade (room 322). Was better. Had weather stripping. They should make it a point to make sure all doors have weather stripping. Nice rooms don't mean anything if bites are an issue. Sprayed a lot of mosquito repellent outside of door perimeter and window seals for extra precaution. Nice pools. Decent food in restaurant. Good location to walk to Magens Bay Beach, as long as you walk along the makeshift sidewalk. Great ice cream at the shop along the way.

The property was good. You really don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. However, cats hanging around and in the restaurant is a bit unsanitary for me.

This was a great place. It was well kept and all the employees were so friendly and welcoming. The gift shop lady was so sweet as was the front desk ladies and security guard.

It was clean. I loved the restaurants on the property. I love the idea of the cat sanctuary but I do have to say they woke me up at 3 am mating or crying. Also know your TV app passwords because that’s how you watch tv.

This was a very comfortable stay - we had two bedrooms and a (very small) kitchen area. The bathroom is extremely small, without a fan, and with an uncovered window into the shower!! We had to get creative on how to block the window to shower in privacy! The AC unit in the one bedroom wasn't working really well, and the water pressure is really low. However, it is overall a nice resort with an onsite coffee/breakfast bar (went twice - great), and restaurant (had drinks/dessert once - also good). Pool and deck was lovely. Laundry convenient (even when I asked to use it after hours they opened it up for me). This is a very comfortable resort, but not high end / brand new.
