Nice, charming, and delightful b&b. Had wonderful and comfortable stay. Breakfast was great. Laura was the perfect hostess, made us feel welcomed. Definitely staying here again when back in the area!

Amazing like always. I wanted to switch rooms at the last minute and they accommodated me with no problem. I enjoyed my stay. It is truly a lovely place.

Older home bed and breakfast. Beautiful antiques and historical themed rooms. Capt John Smith room nice nautical theme large and very comfortable pineapple bed. Small shower but nice walk in and nice hot water with good pressure. Much more peaceful than hotel and a home made breakfast to boot. Will definitely rerurn

There's nothing bad at all to say about our 1 night stay here. It was a dream come true for me to rent a bed & breakfast in Colonial Williamsburg. Stephanie was amazing at upkeeping the home, food , and comfort of the room.

It was wonderful! Incredibly clean and cute. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were cozy, comfy beds, and a great shower. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. Will 100% be staying again.

This B&B is a real gem. We only stayed 1 night, but would definitely return. The room was clean, comfortable, homey, spacious and had a ton of character. Bed was super comfy…slept great. The breakfast was delicious and all homemade. The inn keeper and his staff were so welcoming and friendly. We received a tour of the property the moment we walked in, greeted cordially and promptly by the inn keeper. We loved our stay here. Great location too… Its a 2 min drive to William & Mary and the Colonial area. The only downside was that the kitchen is being renovated so that created a disorderly and unfinished look, but they worked around it well and still offered the same comforts. Well worth it.

Great! Simply GREAT! Wonderfully run historic home with 4 dedicated bedrooms for privacy and comfort, 2 of which are Suites with balcony overlooking what looks like a nature preserve. The home is filled with the most gracious hosts wonderful travel memorabilia including 2 full sized Terra-cotta Warriors from their time in Xian China. Terrific breakfast and A+ all around. Convenient to all nearby sites. THANKS IKE! we had a fine time with you…… until next time, Carol and Frank

We loved the decor in the parlors, very charming and welcoming! The Christmas trees added a lovely touch.

Absolutely loved our stay. The room was luxurious, the owner was a delight and had many stories about his eclectic collections. Old world charm with modern conveniences. Walking distance to Old Town Williamsburg and William & Mary. Easy to drive around the area. Could not offer a better recommendation.

Loved staying here for our first visit to Williamsburg. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The John Smith room had plenty of space. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip. The property was very close to the historic district. Ike was a wonderful host.

The Williamsburg Sampler is a quaint inn full of interesting things to look at. The owners are welcoming and their pride in their establishment shows through in the tour and personal touches throughout. We appreciated the water, drinks, and snacks available to us on arrival. Our room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and it was nice to meet others staying at the Sampler and hear each others' stories. Very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, William and Mary, and Merchant's Square.

Property was very comfortable, easy to find, close to the college which is beautiful. The B&B is located on the road to old Williamsburg and Jamestown. Very nice and quiet.

Very welcoming and homey feel to the place. The owner is very personable and the breakfast each morning was amazing. Didn’t get hungry for several hours later. Room was comfortable. The bathroom we had was tiny, but the shower had very good water pressure. Plenty of room in the house to go and check out. Even play a game or two of pool in the basement, which is fully furnished.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Williamsburg Sampler B & B. We appreciated the close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and William and Mary College, as well as the quiet location. Mr. Ike is such a kind man and an excellent Innkeeper..lovely to talk to him and tour his Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was just delicious! We will definitely revisit this quaint inn on our next visit!

The Williamsburg Sampler was a wonderful venue, close to the historic town center, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious - a buffet with a dozen different options - something for every palette. The bathroom was very clean and well appointed, and the bed was amazing - so comfortable, although my short wife needed a step stool to get into it.
