Hotel is in a great location. The parking is free. There is a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Breakfast is not free. The staff was nice

The hotel is marked as pet friendly and it smells like there have been a lot of pets. From the front door to the elevator to the hallways and the bedroom, the lingering odor of pets is obvious.

The service was excellent with very helpful and courteous staff. The first full day of my service was uneventful except that the daily housekeeping that I requested did not happen. I mentioned this to the staff later that day and the housekeeping problem was taken care of for the rest of my stay..

The two gentlemen working for the front desk made check in feel like a piece of cake considering I was looking for 3 rooms. The others room were under my guest names. I was ready to freak out . They didn't know that part! Lol! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. I do recommend and will stay there again

The stay was okay. The hotel was clean and overall the room was clean. However, there was hair in the shower wall and on the tv stand. I disinfected the area and went to sleep.

I lifted up the sheets to check for bugs upon my arrival, and noticed on the bed cover under the sheets pubic and long hairs. That was pretty gross. There was no hot water, lukewarm at best and the hotel phone did not work.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Great location and always comfortable. This time our room didn’t have hot water so we spoke with the front desk and luckily they were able to find us a different room and it was great. Front desk staff even went up to the new room and tested the water before we moved. Very friendly and helpful staff and a great hotel!

Very clean, staff was excellent and helpful! Pet friendly which is a plus although Expedia didn’t mention there would be a non refundable pet fee but because the staff was so excellent they excepted my fur babies esa position and waved the fee. Couldn’t ask for better tv options and the stay.

We had a great stay. The young man at the front desk during check in was very friendly and professional. The hotel was quiet and safe. The location is excellent as it is located close to food and shopping. The room was comfortable and sufficient.

I enjoyed every moment of my trip. Our stay at the Hilton was wonderful. The atmosphere was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was top tier amazing. Love it!!

My wife and I have been involved in a family medical emergency at the hospital across the freeway from the hotel. We cannot express how kind the hotel has been to us and have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. My wife is is still staying at the hotel and neither of us can say enough for the staff. An organization can have great policies and service, and we appreciate all of that, but thank you for the kind souls and servant people who work at your hotel. That’s God given. Hang on to all of them. We will stay in Hyatts whenever possible.

The hotel was clean and up to date. The front desk staff were professional and nice. I didn’t have to wait to check-in. This may sound weird to some, but the elevators were fast. There wasn’t long wait times. The restaurant/bar staff were friendly and the food was good.

Everything was good but the fact that the water was off for hours from early am till around 7am wasnt good at all. Could not shower, get ice, nor flush the toilet. No compensation was added

Extremely clean and well maintained. Staff members I came in contact with were very professional, friendly and helpful. I will be making this Mariott my Columbia base when I need to travel for work here.

It was an unfortunate weather event that caused me to need a room. It was very comfortable and great people working there. The room was nice and clean. Sadly I had to be back to the airport at 4:00am. Thanks for everything!

Hotel was clean and well supplied! But the staff went above and beyond to take good care of me!!! I am so very grateful for the tenderness and kindness because I was there during a family emergency. Cannot say enough good things about them!!

We had a long weekend and we’re exhausted. Even though we were early a room was ready and waiting. The property was spotless and well appointed. We were greeted with a smile, thank you for a wonderful, albeit short stay.
