very easy access to Downtown
the rooms should be better noise isolated, the hotel is next to a highway so not so quiet at night.

I enjoyed the buffet breakfast that changed daily. The hotel was very accommodating with early check in and room availability. The parking options are incredible! The reception even changed American $ to pesos for the first $100. The suite rooms are the way to go since the standard rooms are too tight and small. I do wish they had a stove in suite room. They also don’t have the room stocked with plates/utensils but you can request them to the room, free of charge.

Everyone from housekeeping to front desk was wonderful. Polite, helpful, friendly. The facility and rooms are modern and clean. The hotel also has a good restaurant on the first floor with reasonable prices. We'd never been to Queretaro before and chose Hotel Crown Victoria because it had good prices and its location was listed at being in el centro. In reality, the hotel is along a highway in a kind of business/industrial neighborhood so it's not really walkable. But, on the plus side, I was able to catch a taxi in front of the hotel and find city buses nearby.

Nice hotel very clean and basic, excellent bed and pillows. The parking ramp is not very well done so your car may scratch underneath. The breakfast buffet is very basic nothing extraordinary but at a really good price. Overall is a great place to stay if you are going for work to Queretaro.

My VIP Hotels.com status was ignored while I got invited for an upgrade I did not get any but there where free rooms. After asking I was told I can have the 20% voucher and they will inform the restaurant now.
The bed and room were fine, we did not have breakfast. The location of the hotel is not ideal as there is no good way to walk to the centrum, we used and über to get across the highway.
As I booked as part of the VIP program, I won't do that again.

This place is the definition of great service from house keeping to front desk. The employees are a breath of fresh air when it comes to service. When I travel to Querétaro this will be the only hotel I will stay at.

The receptionist was very rude, with very bad Attitud towards me. I being going to this hotel since 4 years ago never see her so I’m guessing she is new. This is my last time there.

En general es un hotel muy bonito y una gran opción para hospedarse en Querétaro. Es muy cómodo, limpio, accesible en cuanto al precio y considero qué está bien ubicado. El servicio del personal es sumamente atento, amable y servicial. Lo único qué no me pareció tan bueno es que en la habitación se puede escuchar todo el ruido de los pasillos y suele ser un poco molesto. Pero por lo demás me gustó mucho MI estancia.

I did not like that is like 45 minutes from the center, and on expedia the information is wrong, 3 minutes? No and you can,t walk, everytime you has to get uber or a taxi, but the staf were really friendly and the condition for the hotel is good

Staff was so nice and welcoming they helped me find the closest restaurants and helped me book a taxi for my trip back to the airport. Would definitely stayed there again!

Great place, I would recommend it to anyone. Very close to downtown. It’s relatively new and the rooms are very clean, have a good AC, spacious, comfortable beds. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Special shoutout to Israel who helped us when our room had an issue transferred to another room that was even more spacious and awesome. It had the kitchen with a kitchen sink, a dining table, and sofa sofa. Overall had a great stay and would do it again.
