I usually stay at this property from the NT to Adelaide. I was very disappointed on this trip. I went to look for the remote and couldn’t find it. I looked in the wardrobe and there was a dead mouse with other debris as well as an empty tissue box. I rang the after hours but no answer. Very disappointing

We had a terrible experience to check in on our first day and had to stay outside until the next day. The other issue is that they didn’t give us the same type of the room that we have booked.

Room was great. Nice and clean. Parking awkward coming from within the park. Other guests noisy in the early morning.

Great bed, bathroom really needs upgrading. Rusted bathroom fixtures, faucet in sink extremely loose. Outside that nice stay

Cheap and cheerful pet-friendly accommodation for our road trip from Perth to Melbourne. No fuss, helpful staff and well kept facilities. We arrived late and left early but saw kids playing in the games room and I could imagine the pool area would be well used during the day.

We stayed one night arrived late for check in. Great communication by staff for after hours with details to obtain key from safe. Room was comfy for 3 of us. Perfect for stop over stay at reasonable price.

This is clearly a place that most stay in on their way to further adventures, as is an easy first-day drive from Adelaide. Great place to stop and load up at the local Coles or Woolworths before you set out on your real adventure.
The site itself is not exciting, but that is ok, given as I say this is somewhere you stay overnight on your way somewhere else.
An irritating thing though was that during the day that I was meant to arrive, the phone call to confirm the booking? I literally got this call whilst on the highway, pulled over, said Yes I would be there, and then they wanted me to make payment over the phone? I am literally just an hour out and on the highway? We had two rooms booked, so 5 minutes later, another call, another pull-over off the highway to respond, and the same again?? I suspect that this service is something farmed out to tele-callers overseas? Foreign sounding caller. But when we actually arrived at the place, staff were great :)

The bed was very comfortable. The tv reception was great. The shower was lovely and hot. A really nice place to stay. No biscuits though like recent motel stays.

Lovely friendly staff member at reception for check-in.
Grounds were neat and tidy.
Unfortunately the online pictures of the cabin I booked were nothing like reality of the cabin.
The online pictures showed a sparkling clean bathroom with a corner spa but what we got was a very average dated bathroom with jetted bath (would not use) and mouldy grout.
The curtains in 2nd bedroom were missing hooks and would not close properly and despite a sign in the room warning of increased theft and to lock up, the window to the dining area would not clip/lock shut.
Booked through a third party and paid $211 for the night but if booked directly through the park would have been $169.

Everything was clean from the inside and outside. Stayed overnight previously in several places along the Stuart highway and even
though the cabin was dated and worn, everything was comfortable, organised and clean. Also the staff before and after
our arrival, l considered the most polite, helpful and efficient in our whole trip

Clean, comfortable and quiet area. Cabin was perfect for our overnight stay.

The property was well laid out, modern and tidy, with plenty of facilities. It was in a convenient location, close to everything we needed. The only thing we were disappointed with was the cleanliness of our cabin. The toilet, bathroom and beds were clean, however there were nail clippings and food crumbs under the beds, I needed to mop the floors as our son's feet were getting filthy from the floor, and the cushion covers needed a wash.

Well managed and maintained property. Warm and friendly people running the business.

We had stayed in lots of cabins & found our cabin extremely tired & in need of some love. I couldn’t sleep intHe main bed as it was so uncomfortable. The boys used the BBQ & it wasn’t working at all well.

Well presented park. Needs entrance to be secured.

I loved the whole experience. A call to check I’d booked the right room and the fantastic staff when I checked in. The offer of bbq one day and pancakes on Sunday’s. Close to town, clean comfortable and a beautiful park

I stayed one night and was shocked to find out that there was no drinking water tap in room. There were microwave, plates, coffee sachets, milk but no water. What a bizarre incident it was. Didn't like it at all.

Only thing that was a hassle was not being able to use the toilet blocks to go to the bathroom had to walk back to the cabin to use the toilet
