The room was very clean, everything seemed new, in a Scandinavian style. They look exactly like the website show. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near a couple of subway stations and many restaurants.
If you are going to be taking the train a lot to go to Sorrento, Pompeii, Ercolano, etc. take into account that walking to either Toledo or Municipio subway station, taking the subway to Garibaldi, and walking to Napoli Centrale, takes about 40 minutes.
A minor thing, there were not a lot of outlets to charge phones; we had to disconnect the lamps. Also, the WiFi was very slow and disconnected often. That resulted in my photos not being able to sync properly to the cloud, giving storage problems the following day when I wanted to take more pictures.

This hotel was wonderful in many ways. From the check-in promise to the living area which was spacious. Hotel was centrally located to all major sites and also the port. Breakfast was also prompt each morning. Overall great stay.

Little hard to find at first as an American but the location is amazing right by everything you would want to do in Naples. Friendly staff and good sized rooms with air conditioning that works really well. Great price as well.

Overall a nice place to say with a small kitchen and nice bathroom. The bed was like sleeping on cardboard though so it’s hard to enjoy the room without a good nights sleep.

A lovely B&B, very centrally located. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it.

Frederica was absolutely wonderful. She provided us with a wealth of information. The location is perfect for multiple sites as well as the ferry to Capri, Amalfi, Ischia, etc.
The room is a little small but the location on Chiaia more than makes up for it. Food everywhere, nice shopping if that is your thing. 10 minute walk to one of the Naples underground sites. So happy with our stay here!

Great Value but.... if you’re a light sleeper do not stay on the 4th floor. This floor is the same floor where breakfast is made and it gets very noisy early in the morning... Federica at the front desk is AMAZING. Everyone I encountered that worked at this hotel was super nice. Location is convenient if you’ll be taking the ferry to Capri or Sorrento.

Best kept secret. Excellent location. Walking distance to everything Restsurants, port for ferries to the island, shoppings, tour buses meeting point, castle, best ocean view. Super clean, they bring breakfast to your room in a cart!

Howeve really, this hotel is in a nice part of town away the intimidating city centre . Had difficulty finding hotel, but that was no fault of theirs (they suggested a taxi , I opted for metro). Some great sites in neighborhood, but metro or taxi needed to get into the city center.

The apartment is less than 10 minutes walking from nearest metro station, less than 5 minutes walking from Teatro di San Carlo and shopping area (via Toledo and Galleria Umberto I). I love the modern contemporary design of the bedroom. It is spacious, with a beautiful wooden ceiling that I keep staring at, and the kitchenette is a bonus.
