An excellent location and secure underground parking.
Stair case to rooms needs a bit of maintenance.

The location was convenient to the centre and restaurants. Only 5 minutes walk.
The room had no air-conditioning and was so hot.
The car park was secure, but code given didn't work when we tried to leave.
We only found out as we left that there was a buffet breakfast on level one. The staff didn't tell us when we checked in the day before so we missed it.

location was walking distance to center of Orleans and parking was close and secure. simple but clean room with very hood breakfast

The parking was very secure, this was important because my car was full of expensive equipment. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very close to the main square with loads of cafés and restaurants. The hotel manager was really friendly and helpful.
That I didn't book a stay there on the way back!

Excellent service from the gentleman at reception - helpful in every way. Great location - easy to walk in to centre.

The receptionist was very helpful, he gave us a map of the city. The room was fine, no a/c but there was a fan and it was spacious with two double beds (we were 2 adults and 2 children). The location was amazing and parking was easy. Really good value for money.

The owner is really available and helpfull. The hotel is very close to the city center and also to the station. We choose the city to visit in the evening, than early next day we took the train to go to Paris, it's 80 min. The following day then we drove to the Loire castles...

Great staff. It's a 2 star French hotel in the traditional sense. It might be a bit faded but perfectly fine and a good price close the the action of Orleans.

The hotel is very nice situated near to the old city. Besides there's a cheap parking close to the hotel. Staff was very kind, spoke very well english and could help you with everything you asked! So excellent stop during your trip to the south of france!

For a short overnight is great. Privat close garage was offered which was great considering we had a roof box on the car.
