Nestled in Sunny Isles Beach, this attractive condo for $164 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summary: LOCATION: Take in endless ocean views from the rooftop pool deck or take a short 6 minute walk to the beach! Sunny Isles by Roami is the perfect home base for exploring everything Sunny Isles and South Florida has to offer. The Space: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly. BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below: - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2) BATHROOM: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more. AMENITIES: This property includes a rooftop pool with expansive views of the ocean and Sunny Isles skyline. FREE PARKING: Two unassigned spaces are available in the gated garage, free of charge but on a first-come, first-served basis. WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, 4 beach towels, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. AREA: The approximate unit size is 1396 square feet. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property. The Neighborhood: Sunny Isles Getting Around: We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber. Other Things to Note: Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in. Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property. Interaction with Guests: We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we're here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don't need us, we'll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.

The unit has windows that are hard to see through, either dirty or the seals are bad. The kitchen was missing pans and many cabinet doors are either knocking against other doors or off center. There was laundry left from a previous guest (we think). Several areas through the unit need paint, areas in the kitchen where wall repairs were made have not been painted. The couch creeks like it is broken. We loved the area and dealt with the poor condition, the building location and amenities (pool) are very nice. The unit needs upkeep and maintenace.

Great location, loved the short walk to the beach, in a really nice area, rooms were comfy and balcony was awesome. Had trouble with 1 of the showers heating up and that same bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Just tiny things, but overall great stay.

Our family loved this unit! Great location, beautiful space, comfortable beds - we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The photos showed the place exactly. The communication prior to our stay and during our stay from Sextant Stays thoroughly explained all we needed to know. We would definitely stay here again when in Miami.
