The hotel needs to be upgraded. We stayed for just one night and thank God it was just for one night and not longer. The room was unclean and dusty. We found dust everywhere, on the tables and on the kettle. The bathroom given to us was the physically challenged bathroom. The vanity was so small that you can hardly use it. The breakfast was so bland. The sausages were tasteless and felt like sand in your mouth. There are hardly any positives apart from the distance to the airport. Overall, I would give this hotel a 1 star out of 5 and would never come back ever to this hotel.

Good price but location a bit far from the city

Great convenient hotel. Great, very spacious room with comfortable beds. Only criticism is the lack of electric sockets for chargers etc

Perfectly suitable clean and quiet, convenient for my stay

Booked two rooms for business colleagues. Rooms seemed well appointed and comfortable. Indian restaurant downstairs was good too.

Nice hotel, bed comfy, the entrance needs to be re thought out for customers who arrive without cars.
An alarm went off at 0215hrs then silenced itself which was weird. Did try to ring reception but gave up after 4 rings. Very disappointed with lack of working USB charging slots. The one in the room didn’t charge at all leaving me with a phone with no charge. That really needs to be looked at.
Breakfast was bland, the bacon tasteless and some very anemic chicken sausages which were passed on by most.

Beds are very small, also no conditioner in the bathroom. Very noisy hotel, had a few times the doorbell or phone ring

Parking is a bit of a lottery and doesn't give the Hotel a good look trying to get around the large bins around the grounds.
I had a luxurious room but not so luxurious, only had two small towels, USB connection did not work, and the room was very warm and couldn't turn down the air con. Shower was great and plenty of hot water

Good hotel with decent services. Parking is free for 15 minutes after that it is £12 for 24hours. Although I used parking space app to park nearby which was more economical.
The hotel was 15- 20 minutes walk from osterley and Hounslow East stations.
Nearby a lot of food options as well including halal. The fridge in the room wasn’t working so it was promptly replaced. We did not have any meals so cannot comment on the food.

The room is small for double occupancy, bed uncomfortable only one chair in the room with a table. No bedside light , so total darkness when the light in the room is turned off.
Floor not cleaned as dirt underneath the bed. I have asthma and the room is not of good hygiene standard for me.
I will not book anymore

Have stayed at The Park Grand, Hounslow many times and still like the hotel and great staff. BUT, things have slipped a little, check in was slow, only one member of staff available and a queue of 6 people or so. Also the biggest slip is breakfast! Fatty under cooked (for me) bacon, anemic pork and chicken sausages and additional charge of £3.95 for an omelette when you have already paid £13-15 for breakfast. Staff used to top up your tea/coffee cup, that no longer happens.

The hotel itself was nice. Decent rooms, clean, standard quality hotel.
However on the Friday evening the clientele made the stay terrible.
First some men with cycles turned up and got into a mass argument with the front desk about storing bikes in their rooms. This delayed check in for everyone else waiting for over 20 mins.
Finally checked in and 3 drunk men were admitted into the room next to us and we could hear the entire conversation.
That being said the young man with glasses who was working overnight on the front desk Friday night was incredibly helpful and a credit to the hotel. He moved us to a new quieter room on a higher floor to escape the drunks, even after dealing with a troublesome bunch of customers. Thank you young man.
Then to top things off at 00:45 the fire alarm was triggered waking up the entire 3rd floor when there was no fire.
The hotel itself was fine, but some unfortunate circumstances made this stay a poor one.

This is just a fancy looking Travelodge. Nothing special in the rooms and only thing extra to a Travelodge is 2 x small bottles of water. Mattress was saggy. Pay extra £12 per night for parking (not part of their advertising) and £9.99 per day for breakfast - all pretty similar to Traveldoge apart from a lot of Travelodges are free parking. No disabled parking bays and no reasonable adjustments for disabled guests who need parking. If arriving late at night after about 9.30pm, don't expect to find a parking space and don't expect any help from the front desk. Breakfast is OK but nothing special for the price. So, if comparing with other hotels, don't forget to add on £12 for parking and if breakfast is included at other hotels, add on another £9.99, so £21.99 extra per night which makes this a lot more expensive than it should be.

Checked in around 8pm and greeted by two smiling staff members who were very friendly. The man who checked me in (don’t remember his name sorry!) gave me a free room upgrade as I looked tired! Not offended but this at all as we had a bit of a joke around that I was a teacher and was most definitely shattered and looked it too! The bed was massive and comfortable and the hotel was spotless, I had an excellent night sleep despite the planes coming and going. My only bug bear is that none of the sockets/tv were working and a few of the lights didn’t work, making the room quite dark. This didn’t bother me as I was only staying the night before collecting my sister from the airport but may bother other guests. I informed reception on check out and they said it would be dealt with.
Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return again.

Excellent staff and very clean and comfortable room. My son and I arrived very early from an early flight and they were kind enough to allow us to check in early. They even upgraded our room at no charge. Highly recommend if you want an affordable and comfortable stay in London.

Checked in and was told that the parking was per day told i would be charged both days to find out when i checked out that they only took 1 night which now means i will get a ticket absolutely crazy they say that they dont guarantee spaces but there was plenty of parking spaces
First night popped out to come back to bar being closed at 9.30 on a friday night and no room service then on Saturday went to bar no 1 there to serve us so left 1st night A can of red bull left on side when i mentioned it to man on front desk he told me he preferred a monster ??!!! 2nd night rubbish in reception floor 3 staff 1 was outside vaping as we walked in just no standards rooms are very out dated would definitely not recommend

There were many issues with the room when I got there: (coffee/tea pot not clean, trash full, pillows and sheets appeared to be used). The staff had 2 people that were helpful, but for the most part they would not acknowledge me when I approached the desk and seemed annoyed at the issues I brought up. The 2 staff members who were helpful were very nice and I wish I had their names as to not include them with the rest of the crew. I was waiting for a taxi in the breakfast area one morning and was asked by the e gentleman working to leave because I was not ordering food. Will not be staying here again.

It started right from the checkin, Altus is in wrong profession and should not be in customer service/facing position. He’s is rude, arrogant and has huge temper issues.
Both the receptionist were not wearing name tags and lack basic customer communication skills.
UK is seeing spike in covid 19 cases and this hotel is not bothered. None of the sanitizer station was working (ground floor lift & 5th floor lift) I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Mixed feelings; it’s a good hotel but the location is rather odd…more like a residential Areas . there’s no malls in the vicinity. A miserable M&S convenient store found inside the BP petrol station . And there’s still a walking distance between the hotel and the nearest subway station. Location-wise; I am absolutely disappointed

The staff member Rohit Fernandes was kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is clean, and the beds are comfortable however, in the room where I stayed the mattress was stained. The cleaners come every day even on Christmas day. It is approximately a 10-minute walk to Hounslow Central tube station which takes you into Central London. It's also 12 minutes from Heathrow Airport, and 15 minutes walk to Hounslow Town Centre where there are several shops. The bus #120 takes you to the town center and train station where you can go to several different places in London. There are a variety of shops in the town center.
The only drawback is that I did not have a microwave in my deluxe suite. There were a few things that were a slight inconvenience such as water running out in the middle of a Sunday afternoon, the heat being turned off and we had to call to have them turn it on, the fire alarm test at random times of the day. Apart from that, my stay was pleasant and I would stay there again.

Beautiful room with a huge comfy bed. Rainfall shower was awesome.

Two lights weren't working in the room. No biscuits on the tea tray. Hairdryer was left on the floor under the dressing table. The furniture was a little tired. Breakfast was not great with cheap ingredients. Bath towels far too small and only three in a triple room. Shiwher head broke on use.We wouldn't stay here again. Might be OK for a late arrival the day before an early morning flight but that would be about it.

Had the worst experience ever here! Stayed in room 302 where the bed/ mattress was either broke or over used, it dipped heavily in the middle and was so uncomfortable to sleep in, as we were only spending one night, I couldn’t be bothered to ask to change rooms and dealt with it. Woke up in the morning at 9 am, to find that there was NO RUNNING WATER! Was unable to use the toilet, shower, wash our faces or even brush our teeth! Called receptionist to see what was the cause, without apologising they stated it was through out the whole hotel and to allow them 15/20 mins to fix the issue, this kept extending by another 20 mins and another and another, coming close to the check out time which was at 11am ! Multiple phone calls later they agreed to extend the check out time to 12pm . 11:40 and the water is not working, this is unacceptable, they suggested to extend check out to 1pm which is outrageous, we have things to do and can not waste anymore time in a waterless hotel. When I asked for a compensation due to the barbaric morning, Monica, the only manger working on this day stated that she’s unable to do anything, and that she’s unable to contact the manager who’s able to make a decision. Customer service in this hotel is SHOCKING, when I pointed out that no one apologised for the inconvenience, she proceeded not to apologise and say that I’m entitled to how I feel ! Disgusting service
