This place really grew on me. It’s super clean and the staff are really nice. Walking distance to metro Centro shopping. Very calm inside. A great budget option.

An extremely good offer considering the price. My only minor issues were the the glass panes in the room that always have light coming through them.

Although it looked charming with old antiques, this hotel wouldn't even get a 1 star rating from me. I paid for 7 nights but only stayed for 2. I decided my comfort and safety was more important than money. On my second night, my room smelled so strongly of sewage that I had trouble sleeping. At around 4 am I heard a rat in the wall near the air conditioner. He was scratching so loudly and seemed determined to break through the wall. Needless to say, I didn't sleep from that point on. Other problems with this hotel included: no hot water, it was not as central as advertised, taxi drivers either wouldn't take you there or didn't know where it was, there were no close restaurants within walking distance, and the neighborhood was terrible

Never find the hotel GPS never couldn’t finding. Don’t think I have to pay for a place the it’s impossible located.. no happy with this.

I only stayed one night. I also left at 3.30 am to the airport. My room was large and had all the necessary equipment. The hotel is a bit out. You will need to take Uber or taxis in the evening

The Hotel was beautiful in the lobby area reminded me of Mexico. The rooms were clean and the shower was very clean Good water pressure, but no hot water at all. The only downside to this hotel is that the walls are very thin and you can hear literally everything your neighbor does conversations etc. I was up all night because of that. If your a light sleeper this place won’t work for you. One thing that was a positive is that your vehicle is locked in and safe in the attached garage. The hotel aka lobby presentation was good. You see old items. But the room I stayed on first days is absolutely horrible. The blankets looks dirty though I saw them washing it. The room has mosquitoes.So I asked the receptionist for a mosquito spray and he provided me one.the receptionist are nice. I moved to another room for my last night but it was so hot like hell. So I moved to another room again which is way better. This is good for one night only. Or not. Location ain't good either. No restaurants and not safe.

Nice place to stay. Very clean room; nice and friendly staffs. The internet was down at the evening when I need to find out about the transport and another places. Self service laundry was not available anymore at about 8 pm.

The bed was OK and the place was clean. Location was good close to places to eat and the downtown are. Also there was a market around 1.5 Km away that was convenient. Tica Bus 1.5 Km away. Easy walk.

Caferteria beside the hotel, university, 10 mins walk to bus stations, 7 mins walk to mayor plaza and cathedral. 5 mins starts streets full of sellers of food, fruits,clothes,bags.....Everything was close. Hot water is not needed with hot weather. Taxis and excursions are offered by hotel

The hotel is very pretty and the staff was pleasant. Their were some problems. First there was no hot water in the room. Second there was no plugs in the room. Though the wifi was good, I was unable to use my laptop because there were no plugs to recharge the battery. I also asked the hotel if they could get me a pizza, just for me, and they ordered a huge pizza, enough for at least 6 people, so most was left in the room.

Although finding the hotel was a disaster, there are 2 streets with the same name so google maps sent us to the wrong place, the staff was friendly enough and the hotel was fine for the price. Beds were comfortable but no hot water in the shower and very little pressure in the shower head. We had a very short layover so it was good enough for 1 night.

the architectural charm ,location ,price, kindness and charm of every one in the staff compensates largely the lack of air conditioning and hot water, for me they were not necessary.

I was Happy with the hotel overall, just be prepare to ask lots of questions upon checking in, I mean, the very basic questions...from the name of the person helping you, to do you get a key for the room? I got there late due to my flight. And the previous guest had taken the key to the room they had available for me, I was able to lock the door from inside once in the room. And the next day as promised they had made a key's copy . But I had to ask for it :/ There is parking available. No breakfast. I think they have a help yourself coffee station but only early risers get some. I was told the neightborhood is not Safe for walking at night. It is a pity the hotel is not in a better neightborhood. For it is clean and once the staff feels confortable they are helpfull. Just ask. They dont volunteer any informátiion.

Arrived to, El Salvador, at 11am; drove straight to the hotel to check-in. Bad neighborhood, but remained optimistic. Checked-in and received the key to our room; all was well until we went upstairs to see our room. Opened the door and literally a double bed took up the entire room, size of entire room was about 10x10. Looked like a shoe box. We had paid extra to guarantee us a queen bed, instead we got a bed that looked more like a size in-between a twin & a double. No AC, like the hotel details on Expedia had explained, just a stand-up fan. Did not have its own bathroom and shower; bath and shower were shared with others staying on the top floor. We ended up staying at my boyfriend's grandma's house for a couple nights and came back to the hotel on the last day of our vacation with the intention of staying the night there as our flight was leaving early the next morning & to our surprise the room had been re-booked. Turns out that the day after we checked-in they decided to declare us as no-shows, canceled our stay and re-booked the room for other people. I asked the front desk why they would do such a thing as to check us out without our consent considering that I had paid for the hotel in full for our entire two weeks stay, had booked it three months in advance and still had the key I was provided with upon check-in; they replied that they thought we would not return to our room, therefore the rebooked. Unprofessional! Did not expect this from a presumed place of business

We stayed for a week, mostly to sleep at nights wen we were in town, We bough flight& hotel package, good deal, I recomended if you wan to be closed to everywhere.
