1 . sport leader from (football team) was giving us instructions like he was the owner of the hotel . He was very rude ! “You took wrong table , put your mask on , silence ! etc “ ((( I felt like I’m not in the hotel but at his own place! was disaster !

Great location and near the city center. Offers a transportation card (discounts on lifts, trains, buses, ect) which is very convenient in this city and local area!
Older building and property, so the rooms were smaller than more modern buildings.

Breakfast included was awesome.
Staff were great and very helpful.
Location so close to the lake and to the ski lift.

Breakfast contains of fresh bred, great butter, local youghurt and you can get an egg. It is perfectly sufficient and the bread and butter were awesome.
I missed fresh orange juice and would not mind paying for a glass extra
