We arrived late and got to the hotel later than midnight. The room was very spacious, breakfast was good, near the subway, we were happy with our choice.

This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay while in Wuhan. Close to many shops (even a mall) and restaurants, with the subway right outside. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

in term of location and room size, it is very good. Just the room soundproofed need some improvement as we can hear other room people taking shower.

This is a really lovely hotel. The room was large and the bed king size. We had our own washing machine and a kitchenette. The staff were so helpful. My two sons had two bedroom apartments that were huge. Highly recommended.

Room is spacious and clean. just above big shopping mall. line 6 wusheng metro exit A is right in front of hotel, convenient to go anywhere.

The location is great. It is right next to a metro station, so that makes it easy to get around. It connects straight in to a mall with several decent restaurants. The rooms are really comfortable and nice for the price. Because my flight was delayed, I checked in a day later than I had reserved. They did not offer to shift the dates, and I thought that was poor customer service. They even charged me for a breakfast I did not consume. Thus the 3 stars.

Great room, great location, subway just in front of hotel...shopping center right under hotel. Many place for food and coffee. No need to search around when next time back to Wuhan again.

+perfect location in capitaland shopping mall and right at the underground station with easy access transport and loads of shops, restaurants and cafes next door; clean and good size rooms; sufficient furniture and facilities; - electric cooker is not working; room temperature system is not working well;

Had a terrible experience with drilling and construction without letting guests know. Could not work well during the day with the constant drilling. A real hotel would not let that happen.

Room was very comfortable. Excellent bathroom. Room had washing machine/dryer so could catch up on some much needed washing. Good gym facility too. Would stay here again.

It was a very pleasant experience for my family and I. Breakfast was a nice touch despite the rather small variety of food. All the facilities you would expect and much more. Very clean gymnasium, pool, locker changing rooms and sauna. Very convenient too as the hotel lobby is linked to the shopping mall next door. Very clean overall. Will definitely come back here again. Only one small issue was that the air is quite dry especially when the aircon has been running for awhile.

Good hotel for price in quite a central location. Kitchen and washing machine are particular good if you are traveling for long time.

Hotel accused us of not using towels correctly. Girlfriend washed hair after dyeing and towle was lightly marked. Told the housekeeper the morning we went out. Came back and towel was still in the bathroom. Around half 8 that night a lady brought a letter asking to to use the towels properly as they are hard to clean now. Also told us we would be charged if again. 1, I washed the towl myself that night and was cleaned to normal after one wash. 2, they handnt taken the towl to even try to clean so they lie when they said it was hard to clean. Also shows the staff don't report anything guest tell them or it wouldn't of happened at all. Also they don't give you a do not disturb sign only a clean apartment sign they ask you to put on the door as going out so the cleaners know when to clean. Fair enough. So why was I woken 3 times at 9 am with 3 rings of my doorbell when the sign wasn't out and the lock button was pressed? Won't return
