All the staff were very helpful and always friendly.
The room was very modern and had a lovely balcony with sun throughout the day.
Rooftop pool was an added luxury with the rooftop bar.
Food excellent we paid for all inclusive food and had options for every appetite, especially as the rate was so good.
The rooms were not sound proof and could hear noise from dogs and TVs from the neighbours.

Clean. Lovely pool. And close to strip.
Tried to spring a 200 euro deposit on us when we refused to pay they took our passports of us. Charging a 200 euro deposit when you’ve already payed for the room is absolutely ridiculous. And the bar man would never go in order of who came up first to last. He would always serf a pretty women before a man no matter the order.

The location of the hotel is great, very friendly staff and tasty food
Poor soundproof, luck of the kettle in the room (was a bad surprise), the smell in the room (I guess the smell of the pets, this hotel is pet friendly)

There where flies in the room when we arrived and the people in the other rooms were very loud

The food was good. Facilities and blankets were clean. The personal was kind.
The noise from the other rooms and especially 🐕 barking at midnight. The floors were dusty.

The rooms are really big and clean, we were with 2 kids and I liked that the room was devided into 2 rooms (with 2 beds for kids and 1 big bed for us). It's close to the beach and the hotel is very nice. I liked the time spent in it.

Spotless hotel with large rooms...,stunning pool on the roof with fantastic views good location...food slightly repetitive but overall a good experience and value for money

Overall a lovely hotel
dinner was vile, had to tell the chef it was no good and when we said to reception, they said they know the dinner was no good. The hotel management did not even bother to follow up on the food.
