Pros: location is great. Close proximity to everything. Staff are very accommodating from front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping. The property is always kept clean. They have beach umbrellas and towels you can use free of charge which is a bonus since it cost 250 pesos to rent one by the beach (if you haggle). The room has kitchenette which is convenient for longer stays. There’s restaurant in the building and you get 15% or 20% off as a hotel guest. Cons: they only provide bottled water on your first day so if you’re staying longer, you have to buy your own. There’s no kettle in the room but they have coffee maker. They have very limited kitchen utensils (no can opener or knife) All in all, it was a pleasant stay!

Very clean and comfortable hotel with a good restaurant. (discounts at the restaurant if you are staying at the hotel) A bit of street noise but nothing drastic. Had a good sleep.

This is a nice property and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in San Lucas. I still gave this place 5 stars because I figured my taste is a little more particular than most. Some of the louder taffic (like motorcycles) going by at night is quite loud in the room, as the door seems thin. The mattress was okay at best and the pillows felt quite depleted. Other than those main factors pertaining to sleep this place was perfectly suitable for a bachelor/couple. Everything was very clean.

A lovely, great value for money find! It can be a little noisy though so bring ear plugs just in case! About a km easy walk (if you can do some steps) to the Marina and centre of things! Highly recommend

This place wasn’t on the beach or have a big pool but was very inexpensive, clean and was walking distance to everything. 15 minute walk to the Cabo San Lucas Marina. They had a little kitchen and filtered water. Rooms were very small but comfortable. My husband and I were very pleased and would recommend this place if you’re not into big resorts and want to save money.

After a long travel day it was so nice to arrive with such a professional and helpful person at the front desk! Mayrely was so welcoming and pleasant. She made sure my room was perfect and really appreciate her conscientious hospitality. The housekeepers were especially courteous and left my room immaculate! The restaurant is also very nice and food was great! The staff was very professional and friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This property is a prime example that superior quality and customer service does not has to have an extensive price tag. The property is very beautiful, welcoming, and charming. The room was small but had more than the required amenities for our short stay. Mini fridge, countertop two burner stove, coffee maker, its own wireless modem which my job appreciated it. The room was very clean and attention to small details were given. Bed was comfy. The pool is small but charming and the restaurant was great. The staff was beyound polite and helpful. Parking is very limited but safe and secure. The marina and amenities are a short walking distance or a cheap uber ride. No beach but they provide shade and beach towels. Im only sad i didnt discovered this property before. I will be back for sure. Thanks !!

Great stay with much needed air and Netflix was a plus to ride out the extreme heat of midday. The pool would be nice if it were not in a restaurant. That is weird and the reason I doubt we will stay here again. The hotel and staff are great. It's clean and very new. But in the heat a pool is a must and this one's pool is just not a comfortable place to hang out.

The stay was ok. The beds were hard and pillows stiff. In order for lights and AC to work room keys need to be plugged in to activate. This was a problem when we got to our room and it was just as hot as outside. Takes hours for it to drop. So our room was never cold. We could barely sleep it was so hot. The shower nozzle was like a pressure washer very painful. Now the pool is in the middle of their restaurant. You’re surrounded each side of the people with people and cooks from the restaurant looking at you felt uncomfortable for me personally. We did find a cockroach during our stay. Rooms were cleaned everyday! About 15 minute walk from the “strip” Uber is $5 from your hotel to strip which we did most of the time due to the heat. I wouldn’t stay again. However if you’re on a budget and can sleep in heat this will do it for ya! Safe travels

The hotel Is just perfect. Clean, all of the employees in the restaurant are so friendly as well as the girl who works in the front in the a.m. the afternoon girl could put her phone down more often and say hello once in awhile but other than that we just love Cabo Vista!!

Nice place, I have stayed at many hotels in Cabo. Salt water pool is nice, food is delicous, rooms are clean and critter free, service was good at restaurant, friendly staff, secure parking if you need it, I thought the pool closes way to early for a hotel. And honestly, this is the first place in Cabo where I'm going to say this.....The drinks were very weak and expensive

This hotel was GREAT & very affordable. Everything was clean when we arrived & they provide free parking, beach towels ,and beach umbrellas. The restaurant there was delicious it’s right in front of the pool. I’d definitely stay here again. The Marina was close by (6 min drive) It is not walking distance, at least not at night time even though it’s safe. The electricity in the room has to be activated with the room key, meaning if you’re out all day, the AC wouldn’t be on so you do come to a little hot room but not a big deal. The AC would cool off fairly quick.

Reception staff was unhelpful and agressif. The nights were awful due to the noise form the 2 main streets on both sides of the hotel. The Appartement in its self is very handy and the restaurant next door fine.

Close to Central Cabo. Clean spacious rooms with nice kitchen and bath. Staff are very friendly and provide beach umbrellas and towels. Wifi works well. Need additional TV options. Has Netflix but only a few licenses so you have to wait for others to stop using them.

The room was clean, the staff were wonderful, and the property had a pool and restaurant which was convenient! We loved that it was out of the really touristy area which gave us lots of options to try smaller restaurants in the area. Our one little thing that didn't work so great for us was the pool seating area was shaded most of the day, and we enjoy tanning in the sun, however this might be a big plus for many others!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cabo Vista. It was very close to everything in town and Uber was only a two dollar ride everywhere. And it was very walkable. It is a little bit steep coming back and leaving so be careful you don’t flip!
