The stay was satisfactory. Not very clean. Stuff under the bed. And there was no bathroom soaps. Only one small face soap. There was no shower gel at all.

I was a bit disappointed with my stay. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. When asked, the cleaner said there was none on property. Also, the bathroom lock was broken. I’ve stayed at many hotels in the Hyatt chain and I must say I was very disappointed. The upside is for what I could see, the room was clean.

The checking went well. Room was spacious, bathroom large and very clean. Hall carpeting needs replacement or thorough spot cleaning. Breakfast was very good. Booth seats in restaurant are worn and need tic.

Pool was nice and clean. Very nice hotel with an upscale feel to it! Beds were comfortable. We stayed in the double queen bed with a pull out couch. It was plenty of room . Breakfast was good! Only complaint the toasters were not near the food and I had to ask where they were. It wasn’t a huge deal, just odd! Lol I will definitely stay again !

We purchased a one night stay through Hotels.com about 10 days prior to our stay. We received a confirmation for our hotel room but when we arrived the front desk told us that they had no records of it and that the have been having issues with 3rd party online sights. Funny because they were asking lots more on their sight. My thought was that they were losing money and decided not to accept Hotels.com offer. While we were there in the lobby there were two other groups that were turned away as well for the same reason. We and they had to scramble to find another place to stay at the last minute which was a terrible inconvenience. Do not patronize this hotel. PERIOD.

We got walked and had no help at all from the staff and no reimbursement yet. They did not put us up or help us in any way, even though we had booked over a month in advance.

Expedition never contacted the hotel and when we arrived at night we did not have a reservation. We were traveling with a very elderly person and a child. What an unpleasant situation.

The Hyatt Place is unlike anyone I have stayed in before. The room was clean, however the carpet was stain beyond cleaning & was ripped. It just was not the Hyatt standard I book.

They said we didn’t have a reservation because I made it through Travelocity. They wouldn’t give us a room even though I had all the Travelocity information. Had to fin another room and pay more. I will never use Travelocity, or Hyatt again. I want a complete refund and the difference I had to pay to get another hotel.You failed us!!

No dining was available. Desk clerk suggested we walk to the hotel next door. That was scary and very unsafe. Food and entertainment at that hotel was great. They were so concerned for our safety they provided us a ride back to the Hyatt.

Worse than horrendous. We just stayed here for 2 nights prior to taking a RC cruise out of Miami. We did book now pay later through Expedia, you’re supposed to pay when you get to the property. They had the nerve to charge us the day before we got there for 1 night for both rooms we had booked. We’ve never before been charged prior to showing up using book now pay later. They said they had to charge us in order to hold our room….. that’s not how a reservation works normally. The front desk guy that helped us was incompetent, took us 20 minutes to check in because he couldn’t find the 2nd room we had booked. The room was awful, our bathroom door didn’t lock, the water pressure in the shower was pathetic, our TV was covered in bright white dots where the backlighting of the TV is failing, and the bed felt like plywood. Our room wasn’t serviced in 2 days and it was not just our tv that was screwed up, the other 3 in our party in their own rooms had TVs with varying amounts of distinct large white spots on their screen, the TV in the hotel lobby even had dots all over it. The bar didn’t have vodka?? And the breakfast was so disgusting, I would feel bad if it was served to prisoners. The food was cold, and every beverage was so watered down. The waffles were soggy piles of nothing. Would never in a million years stay here again. Location was awful. Hotel was awful. Entire experience was awful. Would give less than 1 star if we could.

Had an expedia booking confirmation paid in full they said that i wasnt in their systemunder the booking number or my name and that they could not do anything for me.I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again and will never have a good word to pass on about them.

They were overbooked and since we booked through Expedia instead of directly through the hotel they had canceled our reservation. Staff was very rude and basically said it wasn’t their problem.

We and 3 other couples booked our room months ahead on Expedia for the Hyatt Place East at the Miami Airport for an overnight before our cruise. When we arrived the front desk at the Hyatt Place said we didn’t have a reservation and they could care less that we had a confirmation number with Expedia. I learned to NEVER book anything through Expedia again. We had to search and search to find the last 4 rooms at a nearby La Quinta and walk there with all our stuff.

The staff at this Hyatt are just lovely. They were welcoming, helpful, and very nice to me as I checked in and then needed assistance later. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Nice area due to its proximity to airport. Breakfast was average. Staff was very friendly. Laundry facilities were closed for both days.

Stayed here as we missed our connecting flight. It was super convenient/easy last minute option near the airport. Rooms were very clean and also included breakfast which was a bonus. Breakfast was basic but did the trick. We only wished that the pool heater was working. Hope they get that fixed soon as the kids wanted to use the pool but it was uncomfortably cold so we didn’t bother.

At first arrival to this establishment things seemed a bit strange, the Hotel lobby is on the second floor, and you have to be buzzed in. We were buzzed in quickly and were met by a lovely lady representative and nice young man. This breakfast was nice, and made with a caring flavor, not just put out. It is a nice stay, for leaving and returning home.

No No! This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. And I travel extensively. The elevators smell like wet dog, the front desk staff lied about why the laundry facility was out of service. Breakfast wasn't nothing to write home about. When we got to the hotel they told us our ( accessible)room wasnt ready because they overbooked. The next day when we had to switch rooms the ( accessible) room we requested 4 months ago was not available. The laundry on the 6 floor is out of service for weeks and this hotel doesn't think it necessary to have it serviced/ fixed. By the way the last time it was serviced was February 3rd 2023( this was on the washer written) One front desk employee said they think its working now and another employee said it has been out of service for a while. I paid good money to stay at this hotel and I did not enjoy my stay. Also there isn't much restaurants in walking distance of the hotel but most of the time we just called grubhub but I can imagine some people prefer to go to the restaurant on person.

So I booked this place last minute and must say that overall I did enjoy my stay. It was $287 per night which is a bit expensive for me but I didn't have a choice. The rooms were very clean no dust anywhere but there was a small stain in the bathroom on the sink that I ended up scrubbing off myself with a clorox wipe. Also, the carpet definitely needs to be deep cleaned. You can see the stains in the pictures that I posted. The bed was super comfy and I slept like a baby to the sounds of the airplanes taking off and landing. The walls are a bit thin...I say this because every morning I could hear quite clearly the couple next door banging/moaning. There is no microwave in the rooms! They have one in the lobby area though. Customer service was on point...and you do have to pay for parking, which doesn't make any sense to me because of what were already paying per night there... If the prices were dropped this would definitely be my go to everytime I come to Miami...we'll see.
