Check in was pleasant, parking attendant very friendly and Abel in the dining room was extremely courteous and nice. Breakfast was outstanding. Will definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful hotel! Nice and firm mattress. Secure parking with guard. Everything was spotless. Drove from Minnesota (on our way to Mazatlan) and this was the BEST breakfast buffet we had the entire trip! I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was very clean and safe. Morning buffet could have diversity in the menu. Overall very satisfied with the service. Thanks too all the staff that made our 9 day stay very satisfied. Very recommendable.

They make an extra effort on service due to COVID precautions. Clean facilities, crystal heated pool, excellent water pressure on shower. Towels (both shower and pool) in very good to excellent condition. Small TV, enough pillows, nice firm mattress, no strange odors in the room. Tons of restaurants on a 1km radius.

We choose to stay here for the free breakfast. Hotel room is ok, clean and comfortable, the only complain is that the TV is too small. Pool and Gym were closed due to covid-19 restrictions.

This is my second stray, and like the first one, everything and everyone was great.
It was very hot this weekend but the air conditioning was incredibly cold and comfy.

The location was ideal for my business stay. I liked the more authentic "Mexican" feeling of this hotel vs many others in the area. Was a good value, included a buffet breakfast. Though I didn't have time to swim, there is a beautiful looking pool in the center courtyard. My only complaint was my initial room was far from the courtyard area and wifi wasn't good. The friendly staff moved me to a new room facing the pool & wifi was much better.
This place is a good value, close to restaurants and if one likes malls, it's a 5 min walk away.

I love everithing about this hotel , location , staf, the food there is alway something diferent and everithings its very good, and they have the brekfast from 7 to 11 overall everithing it's good.

As a woman traveling alone, the only thing that bothered me was the desk clerk offering me a room on the exterior by the cars parked, (it is a motel-style hotel).
