I appreciated the staff, who, while having to work long hours because of understaffing, were friendly and helpful. Adam was especially competent and made me egg without cheese, which was really appreciated. No one was able to help us to connect using Casting to the room televisions, despite many attempts. That would have been nice. This isn't so much in your control but the area surrounding the hotels is full of litter from Tim Hortons. It would be good for the hotels and restaurants to help keep the surrounding area clean so walks around the hotel property are more pleasant. Beds were nice. Only had towels for two even though four checked in.

My room wasn’t clean, the coffee machine didn’t work and one of the guest services people was pretty rude. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Bonnyville and they are much cheaper and much better. I wouldn’t stay at this place again.

Our room was not serviced in 3 days. No fresh towels or coffee fill up etc. we wanted to use the bar the service was painfully slow and they called last orders and gave us 15 mins to drink our drinks. We were a large group wanted to spend money there but they were no interested. Also booking through Expedia or any third party group was cheaper than their “ special group rate “

Clean room, nice layout with lots of counter space to lay out your bags/belongings. Unfortunately the temperature in our room was never stable. It was either a sauna or ice cold.

Our room had no heat .. the night manger brought us a heater .. the morning desk manger was rude and not helpful at all .. didn’t appreciate paying $136 for a room with no heat .. not a good experience!

All the staff were super friendly. Pool and slide were clean and not too busy. The water slide is safer for younger kids as it doesn't enter into the pool. My young kids felt safe going down the slide by themselves. Breakfast were good, not the same items everyday. At check out, front desk staff made sure that we were happy with our stay and wanted to know what could be improved. They gave the kids goodie bags for the drive home. Room and bathroom are on the smaller side but still comfortable. Great staff made it a great experience. Would stay there again for sure.

Booked a couple of nights at this hotel, when we arrived the air conditioned was cranked way up, the thermostat did not work, one person came to turn off completely manually, asked for some blankets but she could only find 1 in the whole
Hotel so we were cold, bathroom had hairs on the floor, the container for ice was full of water from the previous guests; we stayed at Room 124 and was noisy from so close to the bar; our card stop working at 10:30 or so the day we checked out, noticed it because husband went to drop some bags at the car but couldn’t come back in, god thing I was still in the room! Also, they deducted $2 from my credit card without authorization, is not the amount but the fact that I was not asked if I wanted to “donate” to some kind of charity they have, at least that’s what my husband was told- all in all bit a great experience
