Very basic welcome. Service orientation on a minimum level. Room furniture from the 90th. The facility looks old and torn. Breakfast is a joke.

The first room had bed bugs so they moved me to another room that also had bedbugs. I left immediately and they are still debating a refund.

Natchez was a disappointment but the hotel is a place I would stay at again.

We had booked at a different local hotel and after checking in we found a lot of flaws (disgusting flaws) with it, so we packed up and checked in at Magnolia Bluffs. Wish I would have made this choice the first time. Save yourself the time. Just book here!

The staff was amazing on the phone during several calls and during my stay. They were friendly and made it feel like home away from home. The breakfast was delicious and the woman server was so kind. I had an issue with another guest; however, the staff handled it with concern and compassion. They did not treat me differently because of what another guest stated.

Could have more variety at breakfast, i.e., yogurt, fruit.

I have really enjoyed my stays at the hotel. Great customer service, breakfast is always good. Very friendly staff

We are sad to report that the room we stayed in indeed was not in the best condition and pillows were stained and dirty. Came home with bug bites too. Very dusty room. Before you check in, ask the staff to clean and wipe down room 2x. I wish we woykd have done this in hindsight.

Great breakfast

All of the staff is very friendly. The beds are not comfortable at all, furniture is old and scarred, shelf over the clothes hanging rack pulling away from the wall. The hotel needs serious updates to the rooms. The lobby area is beautiful so a bit deceiving.

My stay at Magnolia Bluffs was short but oh so sweet. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The hotel has been updated, so it had a great eye appeal. In the room, I liked the way they repurposed the large wooden cabinet that was used for the older bulky televisions. They placed the small fridge and microwave in that area and placed the flat screen on top. The furniture was heavy and very pretty.
I have to say, the cherry on top of this stay was Ms. Cynthia. She is the one who prepared the free breakfast. Not only does she know how to cook delicious grits but her charming personality was, well refreshing. She simply exuded southern hospitality at its best!!! I will be staying here when visiting the area in the future.

Staff really keeps the place in top notch condition, windows, floors, breakfast room, etc. Front desk staff really helpful, workers always say hello, and Cynthia in the breakfast room is the best, a really great employee.

Could’ve been cleaner for sure. Our floor wasn’t swept & there was blood specks on the shower curtain. Also, the towels had stains.

Staff excellent

The staff was great. The hair dryer in my room was broken. A repair person came with in 5 minutes and fixed the dryer in a few minutes. He was friendly and efficient.10 minutes later, someone checked to be sure it was taken care of.
But the hotel needs some TLC. The towel rack came out of the wall when I took off a towel, the furniture is run down and even with all the lamps (that work) turned on, it was too dark in the room. The air conditioner is loud! It woke me up when it turned on in the middle of the night.

The building's staff clearly has worked on it a lot, but the place is showing it's age, and beyond the front of the parking lot, the further back area is in need of updating.

The staff went above and beyond to fashion pillows for us as I am allergic to feather pillows. However. Hotels should have other options for situations like this

Good location and nice place to stay, plus breakfast is excellent.

One lamp didn't work and the clock seldom had the time on it. Air vent noise too loud.

Good location, close to many attractions. Good sized , comfortable room. Didn't like having to request housekeeping to make up the room between days of our stay, and even then, not having our towels replaced as part of the service.

It was okay. Rooms are not as advertised way smaller and beds are tiny definitely not queens. When I walked in for check in the staff were talking bad regarding another guest. Our room had items underneath the beds that did not belong to us. Elevators were super iffy I felt like i was going to be stuck on them with the sound plus the jerking it did when it came to a stop.

Nice room. Electrical problems. We were woke up at 6:30 in the morning by loud noises. Someone was stuck in the elevator because of the electrical issues. The air conditioning unit made our room sound like we were in an airplane. The lamps in our room didn’t work and you couldn’t turn the air conditioner up so it was really cold.

This is a nice hotel with a great view. It's a renovated older hotel, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide a decent breakfast to start the day, and the room was bigger than normal and the bed comfy. All in all, a great value for the price.

The hotel room was nasty. The room hadn’t been dust or cleaned. The floor was so sticky, when you walk your shoes stick to the floor. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. At 2:30 am in the morning, someone kids was loud, running and playing in the hallway. They was suppose to have made a adjustment to my bill, but they didn’t. I call down stairs and I did report everything. The last thing, the bed was so bad, every time you move it made loud noises. I got down on the floor and looked underneath the bed and it was coming apart. The had brown fitted sheet over the box spring to hide it. The furniture was nasty.
