I normally stay at the Aqua in San Pedro Garza... this time, I need a location closer to the city center and opted for Fiesta Americana... I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Centric location, ultra clean and spacious, fantastic breakfast!

Better directions for the parking of the property

The property is in a great location and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room's air condition could not overcome the midday heat, it got hot and this was December, with the sleep drapes closed. The gym is very basic for such a nice luxury hotel, was a bit disappointing.

Restaurant service is slow. Breakfast buffet is very good. The lobby is small and uncomfortable. Downtown area is not nice. The mall adjacent to the hotel offers some restaurant options but they close after lunch until the next day. Rooms are very good but noisy.

Overall it is always a good experience at this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is cordial. This time they did not upgrade my room even though i am platinum in expedia.

The property is close to the shopping and food, perfect for the family and kids.
My only real complaint was the hotel restaurant and bar had no AC. I asked them to cool the place, and they said they lowered the temps, but I don't think the AC was ever on. We checked a second night and, instead of eating the heat, had it delivered to the room. We saw other guests dealing with the stuffy and humid conditions inside as well. The views are nice and would have loved to enjoy more food and drinks.

Parking is very confusing. It’s hard to get to the actual hotel. The pool is a size of a kids pool very deceiving on Expedia pictures.

Amazing location and beautiful views all around. The restaurant/ bar on the 16th floor is ideal for breakfast lunch and dinner with spectacular views of this beautiful city.

The parking it's a little complicated, plus you have to pay for every day you stay! The cleanliness was great and smell cleaned 👌. Room service was a little slow, we had requested for water and it took around 3 hours to received as well to unlock the minibar at our room. Overall, it was a good stayed.
