It smelled awful. right under rooftop bar heard noises all night. tub filled with water while showering. fridge did not work. ac unit was blocked by air going into closed curtains and not room. Nextdoor had an alarm going off at 4am until 5:30am and after being at the park until 1am …. it was the worst ever. beds are old and uncomfortable. roof top restaurant each night was rented out. i hated it so much

It’s a great place to stay and go to the parks. Right across the street. Clean, nice size, professional.

All good except that there was absolutely no fan in our bathroom, or it wasn't working. Very foggy after showers and no help on smells when needed.

Perfect for going to Disneyland last minute with kids. Very short walking distance and very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

This place is always clean we love the size of the mini fridge for all the snacks for Disney. Always quick check ins and out. It was our second time staying and we will be back again.

Room was on the first floor right in front of the ice machine and elevator. Extremely noisy. Beds were very firm. Maids did not remake beds or provide more coffee supplies (even with a note requesting them).

We had the first room specifically 102 , it was nice to be upfront but we heard everyone and the pick up trucks were parked infront of our room . Besides the wall being thin it was a great stay

First off, they do not provide cleaning of the rooms unless we request it. That blew my mind. For the price, they only offered coffee, water and popcorn. My son had to pee when I was checking in and the woman who was helping me said she didn’t have a key until her coworker saw and told me to take him and showed me how to get in. So rude! They were not helpful or would go out of their way to help. For the price I’m mind blown! The only perk is the pool and that it’s 5 mins to the park. But other than that the hotel was horrible! And the staff made it horrible.

Whenever we have an after hours event, we get a room here. We were able to go to Star Wars night and then spend the night at the grand Legacy hotel. It is so close and the service in rooms are great. They have a real Keurig coffee maker in the room and check out time is at noon. This makes it five stars in my book.

Not great, not bad. At first glance the room was okay. Definitely on the small side, the doorway opens directly into the first bed. But what threw me was the “limited” maid service. I wish I would have read the fine print because there rooms were not refreshed each day unless you requested. They just gave new towels, and they didn’t even make sure you had enough towels. I did appreciate the large fridge and microwave as both of those are rare. You couldn’t beat location. But that’s about it. It served its purpose as someplace to sleep between each day at the park.

It's a nice clean hotel. It's very close to the park and their magic key parking deal is great.

Overall, location is great. It was loud though. Street noise, party noise, construction noise. But We were so tired from the park we still fell asleep easily.

This is a great location, right across from an easy walk into the park. It is an older property bit has been nicely upgraded a d well maintained. We were visiting family who were going to the park the next 2 days and stayed just one night. Easy, quick check in, friendly staff, clean rooms and a nice pool with hot tub and kids splash park area. Easy walk to nice restaurants, we ended up at The Cheesecake Factory for dinner and Dennys the next morning for breakfast. Both were stellar properties and definitely Disneyland ambassadors. I would highly recommend a stay at The Grand Legacy for affordable lodgings. A bonus was seeing the fireworks show at 9:30pm standing in the hallway just outside our door!!!!

This place is about 30 dollars less a night then pixar on disney property. Go there. Eas such paper thin walls the room next door woke up at 5am and it sounded like they were laying next to me talking, cars coming in and out people running up and down stairs late at night. 30 dollars a night to park your car. Other than great location to disney, more like a motel 6.

Staff was rude, rooms were dirty. Not what they advertise it as.

The rooms and hotel were clean and beds were comfortable however when checking in the lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all and didn’t seem to happy to be helping me. I found that kinda upsetting because we heard so many good things about the hotel but I would not want to visit this hotel again because of her. My husband booked my trip to Disneyland and we come so far and traveled for hours. We wanted to stay close to the park but I really hope they fix their attitudes at the front desk. Also you have to call the front desk to restock your room and do housekeeping.

This was out first time trying this property out. I think we have found our new favorite.

Very cute place the black out shades helped during nap time and the mini fridge had great space for all the snacks .. we were bunmed the rooftop restaurant was closed but next time we will try it.

Staff was very friendly and the room was accommodating

Front desk is a mess we got there early to check in room went in but was told that room would not be ready until 4:00 we came back at 3;30 and a lot of people were given there room. I had to wait 30 more minutes. We get the room that is very far front desk and the key is not activated the person in the front did not activate the keys to get in the room.

Over all good. Location was awesome. I bit pricey

Excellent location 5-10 minute walk to entrance of parks. Renovated rooms and spacious.

Family of 4...stayed at this location because of the location and heard great reviews!

What i enjoyed most about it was how close it was to the parks. Being able to sleep in till 7am. And still having enough time to get ready& walk over when the parks opened. As well as being able to take a break while doing the parks. Plenty of parking for your vehicles as well as having the right amount of amenities. I will be a returning guest to this hotel in the future

It’s a decent hotel, but the pictures are deceiving. It looks a lot nicer online compared to what you actually get. I definitely paid too much for the room.

Overall Great, EXCEPT for your advertisement regarding the Rooftop. We were all so looking forward to Enjoying ourselves up there but, we get all the way to the top only to be turned back around by a Rude Bouncer. He asked us what did we want, obviously we were taken aback by that comment. I fumbled in saying.... we're here... he stopped me and said "Not tonight". They were closed. It was a 1/2 hr. BEFORE Closing and Last Call???? Just change your Rooftop hours, that's all.
