We love staying here. We stay here every time we visit. We brought a big group of youth and we all had a great experience.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disney, you can walk to the park or it’s less than a 5 minute drive to the Disney parking structures. The hotel is surrounded with endless of restaurants and coffee shops on every corner. The most convenient part of the hotel is there’s a Walgreens right next door. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Our only issue we had was our TV not working, it kept disconnecting but every time I called to address the issue the maintenance person was at my door. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Water pressure was normal, no issues. Plenty of parking and secure. We will definitely stay here again. It was a nice comfortable stay for our family vacation.

Everything was great as usual except that the tap water was super white cloudy. We ended up using bottle water for brushing. Everything else was amazing though.

Disneyland trip for my toddler’s first visit, stayed in a double queen with mini-kitchen, we were super pleased with everything. From soft towels, shower basics ready for you in the shower (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), comfortable beds, TV channel options, stocked kitchen, dish detergent, fridge/freezer, drawer/storage space, I really have no complaints. If anything, shower pressure could have been a little stronger but still happy overall. Main plus for us was walkability to the parks, super convenient if taking a break in your day. My 2-year-old was very impressed by the room lol. Would book here again for our next Disney visit.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay. We checked out of a terrible hotel and went to the Hyatt. They treated us with kindness and turned our entire experience around. The hotel was beautiful, super clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff supplied us with extra bedding, pillows, and towels when we returned from our activity. Every time we walked in they treated us with a welcome and smiles. The breakfast was great! They cleaned our room while we were gone and even washed my Stanley. I didn’t want to leave because they were so wonderful and the room was perfect! The staff members were amazing! I will NEVER stay anywhere else if we visit there again.

Excellent stay! The staff was helpful. The continental breakfast was high quality. The room was nice. The only thing was 2 cabinet drawers slid open several inches but my husband just rigged it closed. And we got much more space and a separate bunk bed area for the price of what we usually pay for a 2 queen room at other hotels.

We rented the Family Suite (king+bunk beds+sleeper sofa) because we had 4 adults and 2 kids under 10. The room worked out perfectly for us.
The breakfast offering isn’t fancy, but it’s great to have options every day (eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, granola and oatmeal served each of 4 days we stayed). Breakfast room is clean and very large—easily able to handle the large morning crowd.
Nearly everyone at this hotel is there to visit Disneyland. That means a lot of small children, many of whom are hyper with a combination of excitement and sugar, that aren’t exactly quiet. If you’re looking for your peaceful zen, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Cecilia at the front desk who made checkin a breeze. Location was close to the theme parks and walking distance. Shopping and dining was also conveniently downstairs.
Next day we head to breakfast before we hit the theme park. We were greeted by Myrna who was so friendly and helpful. She made the morning extra enjoyable.
Only downside of the trip was the really slow elevators. The stairs were not accessible at the time which made the wait time for the elevators longer. Some guests had to ride the elevator all the way up just to go down.

The service desk was wonderful. Check in was quick and easy. We met a wonderful lady named margarita in the kitchen the few mornings that we were there for breakfast. and she was so amazing. Perfect customer service from margarita! Will definitely return again!

Three things bad for me.
1. Security system is weak.
(Back door is open, so anybody in and out)
2. Extra charging for parking
(They are charged 30 dollar per night for
Parking)
3. They said every 2 days cleaning service, but
They didn't do that any cleaning service.
I stayed for 3nights 4days
4. They didn't take care of in front of hotel.
( some homelessness is in front of building)

I traveled with 4 female and one of them brought an portable alarm system to place on our door handle in our room for our safety. Well, our alarm went off at 10:30 pm as we were all sleeping. My mother ran to the door and looked through the peep hole and saw a man standing in front of our door. She asked him what he wanted and he mentioned that he was hotel security and they received a call that someone was smoking Marijuana on our floor. My mother proceeded to tell him that it wasn't us. In the meantime I called the front desk to verify that it was their security guard, which it was. She mentioned that their security guard checks every door at night to make sure that they're locked. I thought it was kind of strange considering the doors are self closing and lock automatically. Beware if you hear someone trying to open your door.I suppose its a good thing but I've never encountered other hotels doing that. On a positive note they offer a great hot breakfast, have a well lit underground parking garage with over size parking lots for bigger vehicles and it's a 15 minute walk to Disneyland.

Great place to stay for a Disneyland visit. Quick walk to the park entrance, clean spacious rooms. Breakfast included had a good variety (more than I expected) and the dining space for it was spacious so plenty of room for guests to eat their breakfast.

The perfect base for our trip to Disneyland. Facility was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool and spa was enjoyed by Mr 12 however a little to cool for me. Room plenty of space with kitchen and sitting area. General wear and tear. Breakfast was a bonus and plenty of options to start the day. 8 min walk to Disneyland resort. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. Walgreens downstairs, and CVS across the road. We really loved Hyatt house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Recently visited California Adventure and chose this hotel for its closeness to the park. We were greeted at reception by Angel who was just wonderfully helpful!!!! Will definitely stay there again. 10/10

The hotel is clean, staff is helpful and breakfast was really good. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom was nice and clean. Walking distance to Disneyland which was great. Didn’t have a car which is great because parking is pretty expensive.

This property is easy walkable access to Disneyland and the Adventure Park. They have a wonderful breakfast with eggs, sausage/bacon, pancakes/french toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, bagels. They have something for everyone to start the day.
The hotel is clean and quiet. The family suite is wonderful with a separate space for parents and bunks for the kids.

It was ~10 mins walk to Disneyland. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Free breakfast. However, bed was uncomfortable, no extra blankets in the closet, like other hotels. The sheets and blankets for the bunk bed was just placed on top of the bed. Couple of times had to shower in cold water. Big gap between door and floor.

great location, close to Disney and California adventure parks. The sofa bed could use some updates (topper), it is impossible to sleep when you can feel the metal digging in your back. The free breakfast could use less food and better quality nutrients. The hotel offers a walkable distance to the parks.

All staff was magnificent and wonderful. However, your famous free break fast was terrible and you guys close early knowing it the holidays and that people tend to get up a bit late. Some families have kids and it’s a challenge to get them up and ready for breakfast. Overall a pretty boring place to stay when your on vacation!!
