Stayed here for 4 days in April on a short city break. Really well situated hotel in the city centre, with an amazing roof terrace for breakfast, evening drinks etc. Rooftop pool was not open during our stay, but the loungers were…it’s small, so get there early! Steam room, sauna, and indoor pool all good….but book in. Great stay, soured by the desk staff asking if I wanted to leave a tip as we checked out, even though we’d already tipped on meals and drinks. Felt like a step too far. Standard room is perfect for a couple, loads of space and a huge bed. Overall a good, to very good hotel.

The hotel location is the best it can get. two-minute walk to Syntagma Metro or main street. breakfast is rich, tasteful, and fresh. all personnel are kind and thoughtful. this is my second time, and I will be coming back for more...

Hotel is in a good lactation next to local restaurants and bars. View of the acropolis was great from our room , as well as the roof top. These are the only parts What? I enjoyed about my stay. I would not recommend the restaurant at the hotel. It is pricey and not so tasty. Right outside of the hotel was great food and drinks at a great price. Breakfast buffet was average (no fresh orange juice and cappuccino was no good). We had a suite but it was a double bed and so uncomfortable. The room is big and easily could accommodate a bigger bed but they don’t have it. It was the biggest lowlight. Service was less than. We called for room service and the guy tried to discourage us from ordering because three other rooms had ordered. We also wanted a mimosa (a traditional breakfast cocktail) and was told at 11am it was too early to have it. But the worst part was no one mentioned to tell us that our checkout day was a Greek holiday and the roads would be closed not allowing any Taxis in or out. We had to tow our luggage 10 minutes through stoned streets without any help or heads up from the bell desk. They have big energy but all in all a mediocre stay. I travel 120 days a year and would not recommend this hotel to those looking for true 5 star stay.

It was a one night stay, staff very friendly, especially Alexandros from reception. The room was spacy and clean and the bed very comfortable. Great location, 3 min walk from Syntagma square and the metro. They answered my requests about the room no problem and made me feel welcome. I had to leave very early the next morning so they kindly offered to pack a breakfast kit for me to go. Definitely will stay there again next time.

Very comfortable and well located hotel. Service very good but could be hit and miss at breakfast, depending on the wait staff responsible for your table. Hot water for drinks sometimes just didn’t arrive or only Luke warm. Drinking water either topped up at all times or not at all.

Great location and clean property and friendly staffs, great breakfast. First time staying here for three nights. If I return to Athen this Hotel is my first choice, rooftop you can enjoy your breakfast with view of Acropolis.

World class experience. .they actually pick from the airport as a warm welcome ...very clean hotel...close to the major points plaza. of Athens ..BREAKFAST IS WORLD CLASS !!!!!!!!!!!!! TONNEESSS of selection.. I Got custom order for non pork products for my breakfast...............they are all about pleasing their guests. On my last day here i wasn't feeling that well. Missed their buffet breakfast etc. they monitor your movements. They called my room to make sure i was not sick as they see me alone in the hotel.. Beautiful customer service!!! This is a brand new property. Located middle of the city. In case coming from Airport you have a direct metro from airport M3 get off at Syntagama stop, the hotel is less than 5 mins walk. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast spread is quiet good and on the 10th floor you have a direct view of the Acropolis. Tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping near the hotel. HIGHLY recommend this hotwl

Fantastic hotel. Really helpful, friendly staff. Great location - very convenient for all the tourist sites plus lots of restaurants to choose from in the local area. Nice room, lovely rooftop terrace plus relaxing pool/spa. We would definitely come back!

Check in process was smooth and they also honored early check in. Our concierge , Aggelos was fantastic— he recommended a private gastronomy tour and that was amazing. The hotel is centrally located and a few minutes walk to Plaka neighborhood. Hotel has a rooftop restaurant with awesome Acropolis views (one of the best in town). Rooms were as in pictures. Overall property was well kept and did feel like 5-star. All the staff members were pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend it

We celebrated our anniversary here and the hotel gave us a gift of champagne and a delicious dessert. The view of the Acropolis during the day and evening is amazing. The provided breakfast buffet had many options to start your day in Athens. The surrounding area had many places to eat at and Ermou street was filled with many shopping options. We will choose Electra Metropolis again!

We loved our stay at the Electra Metropolis! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very conveniently located, within walking distance of the city center, Acropolis and Acropolis Museum. The view of the Acropolis from the rooftop bar/pool/breakfast buffet was absolutely breathtaking! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Everything was superb! We would definitely stay again, and I would highly recommend it! I can't imagine a better place to stay in Athens.

We had a good stay, however, this hotel should improve in a couple of things. One is to replace the poor breakfast buffet to a la carts menu breakfast. And also to have an iron and table in every room.

Views from the rooftop bar were unbelievable. Rooms were very nice, pool area small but pretty. Rooms were ready very early which was wonderful since we got off our ship at 9.

The reception staff was stern, not friendly and unresponsive to requests. There was so much noise from the street, it was difficult to sleep. The room was okay, but the furnishings are starting to look old/dated. If you do stay here, make sure to be on the 4th floor or above as noise from the street is quite annoying.
