My stay was fine. There was a weird smell to the room but it was fine. Front desk was challenging, he seemed to not understand or know alot, perhaps he was new. But stay was fine for the night.

Other properties around the area were $50-$100 more for one night. There is not any breakfast however there is a small kitchen.....bring your own dishes! Clean room

Internet didn’t work the entire stay. Dryer stole my money and when I went to talk to the front desk, he couldn’t care less. Would not give me my money back. No apology, nothing.

For the price of this place it was better than I expected. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was a little worn out but it wasn’t terrible. Our room key had to be replaced everyday of our stay because It would stop working. There’s a lot of construction going on around the area and the navigation in and out was a small challenge. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was ok. Fast check in. Comfortable room. Plenty of parking. The construction around it was terrible making in and out of property difficult with cars parked everywhere on the streets, but that won’t last forever. Complimentary coffee was colored water. The ice maker didn’t work so that was our greatest problem because there was no ice machines either. But all in all, it was great for the money. We would definitely stay again for the price we got.

We reserved a 2 queen bed room for our family of 3. When we arrived, the hotel could not honor our reservation and tried to give us a 1 queen bed room without offering any extra accommodations. The hotel blamed it on hotels.com not communicating with them and also not giving them our information. In probably a decade of using hotels.com, I've never had this issue before and I have several times had hotels contact me through hotels.com. After I insisted they do more for us, they did accommodate us with a room in another hotel they owned 15 minutes away. This is why they get a 2 from me and not a 1. Although this was extra inconvenient too, since the event we were there for was hosted at the Maverik Center, across the street from the original hotel, and was the entire reason we chose this hotel. After our stay, there were 2 deposits taken on my credit card, the one on the 2nd hotel was only a hold and dropped off. The one on the original hotel (where we did not stay) came through as an actual charge and did not come off the card until 5 days after the end of our stay and a call from me to the hotel. during that call and online correspondence after, the hotel representative gave attitude like I was inconveniencing her...wanting MY money back for a place I never even stayed at.

I did not get the 2 queen beds I reserved. We had to share 1 queen bed. The hallway has a musty smell. The sample shampoo and conditioner provided had a sliminess to them like someone had used already. The lady at check in was not very friendly.

After I paid $180 me and the lady at the front desk had an argument and she kicked me out and kept my money trying to tell me I snuck my dogs in when I paid for them that's why it was $180 40 of it was my pet deposit and I still yet to hear anything from this corporation so hopefully we can get that resolved and I can get my money back because she shouldn't be allowed to take people's money and then kick them out right after she took their money we're not recommend staying here to anybody

Hotel, rooms, and property are well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. They accept pets but there is no green space around the hotel except very small patches of grass right up against the hotel but they do provide poop bags. Rooms are suites with full kitchens but there are absolutely no dishes, cutlery, pots etc.

Great stay for short or long term, great amenities offered in each room. Even though there is construction happening near by, I was not awoken by the noise. Location is great for activities I enjoy and if going to the Maverick Center. My only cons are breakfast options and the toilet paper. From now on, I will just bring my only toilet paper.

I was hesitant after reading a few of the poor reviews but I’m glad I went with my gut and booked the stay. We had no issue finding the hotel going off our google map, it was easy to get to and convenient for our needs. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night so we didn’t experience any of the construction noise others mentioned.The initial check in was quick, easy and mediocre, nothing special about it. The double bed room on the 4th floor was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of towels. The kitchenette with a full fridge was nice to have but if you’re planning a longer stay the kitchenette doesn’t have pots or pans like your topical Airbnb. Avoid the stairways, they were filthy. The fluffy bed and pillows was a win for us. We got a great deal and great stay at our first “My Place” and it probably helped that it was a newer building at the time of our stay.

The price was great, and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room. It felt more like my home than a hotel room. I will definitely use these guys again. I only stayed one night, arriving late and leaving early, but I will definitely use these guys again. One of the best hotel experiences I have had. Alreasy found one for my next trip.

I like staying at My Place in West Valley because it is close to transit, shops and restaurants. It is also a good central location if you are driving north or south. The staff is always nice but there are times the when the noise level has been quite annoying. This past stay there was a very loud party in a room next to me that didn't quiet down until 4 am.
