One of the best hotels in Santorini. Great service and hospitality.

The owner couldn't have been nicer. He was there to greet us with wine and juice and snacks. He sat with me to explain the island and where we should go. He helped with transfers on the island. And when my daughter left her iPad in Santorini when we left, he arranged for it to get to us in Mykonos. He was wonderful and the accommodations were fabulous. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Grigoras is amazing. He handled everything for us, including pick up and drop off to the airport. He also greeted us with complementary wine. Awesome experience.

We were stunned by how beautiful this property was and how close it was to everything. The pictures were exactly what we experienced. Grigoris was a very generous host and we would definitely stay here again

It was our best stay ever! The amenities were well designed and this place is one of its kind. It was a unique experience to stay in a cave with modern amenities. My friends and I recently booked this place for our Greece Tour...The host Grigoris was an absolute star, even before we reached his place. He responded promptly to the questions we asked, and even gave us a few pointers.. We were welcomed with warm, open hands and his family was absolutely amazing. The place was to die for, spacious and very neat and in close proximity to everything. I would recommend this place at any given time. Thank you for the hospitality, it was a pleasure staying at your place and thank you for everything and the ride to the airport.

Fantastic stay with a wonderful host! The suite was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly unique. The architecture was beautiful and nothing like we had ever seen before. Our hot tub also had an amazing sunrise view. Additionally, Grigoris and Natalie were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we landed, they never ceased to look after all our needs as travelers and tourists. Furthermore, they provided great recommendations during our time in Santorini. Grigoris recommended spots and routes to get the best experiences and views without all of the tourist hustle and bustle. His restaurant recommendations were also some of the best meals we had on the island. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the island and truly cares about his customers. Would absolutely recommend to friends and family, and would definitely stay again!

This is excellent accommodation. It's unusual in that you will be sleeping in a cave. So naturally cool (there was no need for using the aircon), and with beautifully constructed showers and a small kitchen with a decent size fridge. Just lovely. It was quiet at night however it's just a five minute walk from the centre of bustling Fira. I must also say how wonderful the host Grigoris is. He welcomed us on arrival, checked in with us regularly and nothing was too much trouble. His personal recommendation of places to visit was perfect for our 4 nights stay. I highly recommend a stay at Aura Caves and we are looking forward to being there again ourselves.

A memorable hotel made better by a remarkable host who greeted us and took us on a short walking tour when we arrived to ensure we knew the layout of the town.

This is a long overdue review for this excellent spot, great location. Beautiful place , it was a surprise for my kids and i couldn't be happier with the results, just the look on their faces was priceless. The hosts were great, helped us with transportation from airport to hotel, our flight arrived very early and he was kind enough to take us to some beaches until check it time, gave us some tips and suggestions that we really appreciated.This was our first visit to Santorini and we had a blast. Thank you so much.

Amazing stay couldnt have asked for a better experence. Very helpful with getting around the local area, booking atvs and even gave us a local cellphone to use durring our stay. Would definitely recomend stay here again.

Thoroughly recommend this amazing property.Spacious and beautiful in a great location.Hosts are fantastic-friendly,helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have a fabulous stay. Caves are full of extra personal little touches and the roof top terrace with pool is a brilliant space to chill out.

Everything was great about this property. 10 min walk to the main town of Thira. Very spacious villa. Grigoris and his wife were VERY accomodating. He provided us a phone if we needed to reach him, he was gracious to give usa couple rides as well. Just amazing!

The experience of sleeping in a cave is one thing, but when you have hosts like Gregoris and Nikitas, it does not get any better. From the moment we arrived from the ferry, we were welcomed with open arms. When we got to the property, my four friends and I were truly amazed by the design. All the rooms were very spacious, clean and luxurious. Throughout the rooms, some remaining parts of the cave were still visible and it gave a little description of what it was used for. Pretty cool. We also had our own jacuzzi up on the terrace, where we took panoramic pictures and relaxed overlooking the sea. Both Gregoris and Nikitas made sure our stay was amazing. From all the recommendations that they gave, the little treats they surprised us with, and overall family hospitality we felt while we were there, really made our trip worthwhile. The location is great, where it is only about 5 minute walk to the centre of Fira, which could not get any better since most of the nights we checked out the bars and nightlife there. I will always recommend Aura Caves, THE place to stay in Santorini. Thank you, Gregoris and Nikitas!
