Great stay. Very clean and easy to manage. I did not care for the wooden floors in the room. Seemed to always have a wet spot. During check in I arrived a little early and the clerk told me I couldn’t check in because regular check in is at 3pm. He didn’t even look to see if the room was ready. I left and came back and. Priced someone was checking in. They received their Keys. So I got in line and then my room was ready. That was a little odd. Everything else was great.

Everything was great except for the dog friendly part. There is a $50 fee (which I knew about and understood). When I took my dog out I asked about where a poop area might be- expecting a station with trash and bags. I was told they didn’t have that and there might be something on the trail near the hotel. (There isn’t) Luckily I had bags with me. I hope they will consider putting up an area with that amenity.

We stayed here during the solar eclipse and enjoyed the nearby green spaces (including the pond and waterfall). The location was very convenient, service was outstanding, and the rooms were modern, clean, and quiet. Excellent restaurant food, as well. 10/10

Hotel Indigo was very clean. One of the first things I look for and rate on a hotel. Staff was friendly but not too enthusiastic. Hotel lobby was very chic and they have a nice bar. Very nice to be at for a work trip.

This is a convenient place to stay -- it would have been a better place had I not reserved through Hotels.com. I've stayed at this property numerous times. Service tends to be average at best unless you catch someone who really cares about the job. I had an issue with my reservation - the front desk told me I could cancel without penalty, Hotels.com said I could not, then back at the hotel front desk wasn't so sure . . . that required contacting the manager who was not in and 24 hours later I was out of time to cancel without a penalty. It was all unnecessary stress. Ended up staying there, worked out fine, but will rethink future stays in spite of the convenience. They have limited food service and while it's a big lobby it's not a comfortable sitting lobby.

I loved my stay at Indigo! The staff was so nice and I was lucky enough to snag a front row parking spot each day. Room was super clean and the housekeeping staff had my bed made and fresh towels out each day.

We enjoyed our stay and it was close to the events that we were there to attend. The only complaint was the service in the dining area one evening. The help seemed distracted and less than attentive to the customers.

Very nice hotel, great location and safe neighborhood. Easy and fast checking in, clean property and welcoming lobby, we didn’t bring our fur baby this trip but hotel is very dog friendly from the moment you walk in they have a water bowl and sign for your pet to check in for their treat! Elevator is fast and no smells. King room is large and comfortable for relaxing and perfect for working if needed. Easy area to shop,dine, and easy to get around.

Nice, updated, spacious rooms. Wish we would have taken advantage of the breakfast and dinner options! One thing I will say is that our room did not come with a fridge if that’s important to you.

We stayed one night for a local cheer competition. It was in walking distance to the Comerica Center and overall was a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again.

When I booked the hotel, I never realized it was no refrigerator that will cost me from booking it again. Also, they allowed a minor child to come down and put snacks on the room number without my permission.

The night desk manager was very friendly and helpful! The room was nice and spacious. The showers are awful though. They’re the adjustable kind like at the hospital, but all the mounts are loose so you either have to let it spray the wall or take the handheld sprayer and hose yourself off. Bartender was great. They made good drinks, but they were severely understaffed and definitely need some help.
