Came for a night in the week when it was not as crowded at the casino. Rooms are showing their age but clean and the staff is very friendly. The place is a great bargain for the value

One day trip was fantastic. Lost a little bit of money but I slept like a baby bed was comfortable room was cool, and the blackout curtains was a plus and will most definitely be checking in again in the near future hopefully with a better luck in the casino

They are always so nice, my only problem was having such a far walk, I was there for after hip surgery care and the long halls to the room are the only downfall, staff is awsome

Terrible; room smelled like cigarette smoke and bleach; could barely breathe; didn’t sleep well due to the smell; the carpet is filthy and has absorbed to smell of the cigarette smoke and disinfectant used by the cleaning staff; bathroom was barely cleaned; baseboards dirty, dust on every surface; complete waste of $200/night

Two elevators were down all weekend. Did not enjoy climbing eight flights of stairs at all and waiting for an elevator for over 20 minutes

The room was fantastic, but the ladies at the front desk had zero people skills. When we arrived there were 5 people behind the counter and only two were helping people. We waited in a line for ten minutes and then when we finally got to our turn there was no greeting, smile or welcome. When we checked out it was the same, the lady behind the counter literally took the room keys out of my hand and turned and walked away…not a word was said..

I was charged more when I checked in than what my receipt showed. I paid over $100 more than I was supposed to.

The service was absolutely horrible. Staff was rude and lazy. We requested extra blanket for our kids. They tried to tell us they did not have any more blankets. I went down to ask for a manager. They told me they did not have a manager working. After I told them we will just leave and go somewhere else they finally found us some clean blankets for or kids. But it took almost 2 hours and it was 11:40pm.

It's a pet-friendly facility which was great -- but the pet rooms are on the third floor and we where far, far away from the elevator and then a long trek out of a side door and another 100 feet plus before there was any grass. Made it hard on the pup.

The front desk ignored us repeatedly. The room was filthy, there was no water in the sink and they could not fix nor move us to another room. Fixtures in the room were all broken. Even the drawers and hair drier were dirty and there was dirt and a red substance splattered on the walls. The floors were dirty too. The slots were filthy too. Never again!

Check in was easy. Sportsman Cafe was inconsistent and slow. Room kept getting hot and we couldn’t cool it down regularly- it was like it was on a timer or something. No shuttles offered. Elevators sometimes annoying. Desk staff and concierge were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Hotel room was outdated, the future had dent and scratches everywhere, the dresser drawer would not stay closed, there was dust all on the tables and nightstands and lamps, the bed was comfortable, but the frame of the bed was exposed had holes and scratches they had thin duvet on the bed no comforter. the bathroom was clean, for what you pay for these room, it should be in better condition and get rid of the scratched outdated furniture and do better!!!

Everything was great! The only complaint was I could hear those above me walking hard, I was staying on the second floor. Next time I will request to be on the third floor. Other than that it was a good stay.

Hotel is run down a bit. Bed and pillows very flat and uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly.

Valet needs to be taken off the amenities. There was no valet parking available when we arrived like we thought. The floors in our room were filthy. There was not a way to charge our phones next to the bed that we could see. But…the employees were super nice and accommodating.

First thing when I arrived I asked them if I could park anywhere but the garage since I drive a long wheelbase F350 truck and they have the smallest parking garage I’ve ever seen. They informed me, very arrogantly, that I was more than welcome to use the empty lot right beside the building if only I was a “whatever” status member in the casino. I said I’m sorry i don’t gamble much but I’d be more than happy to pay whatever they charged to allow me to do so. Anyways, they weren’t having it and instead offered me an old abandoned looking garage with no security cameras way down the road. No thanks. Oh and 1 of 4 elevators were down the whole weekend. Waited 47 minutes to catch a ride down from the 16th floor $500/night suite we had the last day. Was not impressed and will not go back. Casino was ok

The only floors they had available were the 5th & 6th floors which were pet friendly floors. The room smelled of pets and there was a dead roach on the shower floor. Since they didn't have anything else available, we requested a discount on the room and were told that discounts were not given for the reasons we gave.

WE WERE GIVEN A DIRTY ROOM WITH NO TOWELS OR SHEETS. Once bedding was provided we had make our own bed. Worst hotel experience of my lifetime!

I always read reviews and pay attention.. I brought my own little trash bags for the little cans. Don’t provide for some reason. Thank you to Jada to upgrading us to a suite (Room 834). Nice and spacious. Carpet a little worn (looked dirty). Bed was very comfortable for us. No carts for luggage. When you check in, Ask for bellhop to help with luggage. They have the cart…..Bellhop was extremely nice and helpful. He said he has been for 17 years. Kudos to you sir! (Please don’t forget to tip😊) Renita in housekeeping went out of her way to get me a new bath mat. Overall, great stay. I will plan to stay again if ever in the area.

Checking in they could not understand one reservation with two rooms. Room was in really bad shape. I haven’t been here in years and won’t be back.

From the lampshade with water damage to the mold in the bathroom! With the stains on the headboard, to the divot in the mattress! You walk in the lobby and feel dirty!

The hotel casino is constantly pumping some kind of sanitizer throughout the air of the whole hotel, after a single night stay my throat was dry and raw from breathing it in. I had to pre-game an advil just to avoid a migraine in the casino. It was like breating hand sanitizer. The ad for hotel says restaurant is open 24hrs, they closed at 10pm. The room seeemed nice but has no real ventilation so smells like mould and was very dusty. The vent above the bath had black mould so there were nonrelaxing baths for me. I will never stay at this Ballys or another ballys for the rest of my life it was that bad. If you sell fentanyl and want to get rid of your drug money this is the casino hotel for you. Was approached too many times by weirdos while i was just trying to sit and gamble - eventually just went back to my room since i couldn't gamble alone without sketchbags asking who i was, where I'm from, how much money i have and lost. This place turned me off casinos forever. Too many sketchbags in sweatpants and covid masks (in march 2024) gambling like 10k away at a time. But on the plus side you can smoke inside.

One of the best stays away from home ever

There was an additional $17 because we booked with 3rd party. Room was advertised at $61, then taxes & fees made room &89 and when we checked in $17 more??? Thats false advertising.

Staff was very sweet! Pet friendly! Pretty casino area! Definitely needs a deep cleaning of the carpets in the rooms. Would return.

I had to be switched to three different rooms due to the rooms being filthy

The service from housekeeping during our stay was not so good. No trash bags in trashcans. Had to call multiple times and stop housekeeper just for towels.
We loved the bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Casino was great. Front desk service was great. Parking was easy and the river view was beautiful.

I had to change rooms over three times due to pet hair in the bed in two rooms and human hair in another bed in third room. There was mold in the shower areas as well. The staff was nice. I do not believe that housekeeping change out beds if it doesn’t look like someone was in the bed. Their bath towel are old and have stains on them. However, I felt very uncleaned.

Long wait to check in at 430 pm. The restaurant Cafe horrible service by the Check in Lady, rude and not helpful at all. Most lamps in both rooms did not work. We did enjoy the casino!
