JARED at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. We cant believe what a nice jacuzzi room we got for the price! We will be using this place for our getaways from now on. Everything was wonderful.

The stay in its self was good. I was awoken at 5:30 am but the broken arrow police let me know that me newly purchased truck was broken into and the windows smashed out. Was told later that this was a recurring issue and noticed there weren’t any security personnel around. Please be careful with your vehicle.

Hotel was AMAZING! The pool area was clean, hallways were nice and refreshing, room was very clean and bright. The bar was very nice, atmosphere was excellent. Nice sitting areas throughout the hotel. I hope my business brings me back this way. I know where I will be staying!

Customer service by Gerad was way above average. Very happy with our stay.

Stoney Creek is always a fun place to stay. They pay great attention to detail regarding decor and cleanliness.

My stay was very pleasant. Nicest hotel I've stayed in Tulsa. It'll be my Tulsa hotel from now on.

We love Stoney Creek in KC so we wanted to give the one in Tulsa a try. This is our second stay at this location and I had hoped the lack of cleanliness the first time around was a fluke thing based on the business of the night we stayed. However this time was only slightly better. Multiple giant hairballs in the bed, sticky something all over the night stand, floor had not been vacuumed, trash from previous guest not been taken out.

Other than the comforter that was on the bed that was Alaska dead of winter thick and no other option available, everything else about it was great. It was on par with the Mayo Hotel in downtown Tulsa. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, convenient, staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay there again. A couple miles from the Rose District of Broken Arrow. Blind Buffalo Bar was great for drinks and bar bites.

We have stayed here before but this time was pretty gross. Bedspread had blood on it and toilet was unflushed. We alerted front desk and they did not change sheets. We asked for a different room me that one had blood too. Staff seemed to not care. Hot tub was full of suds.

The one bed in our room had an abundance of hair on the sheets when we checked in. The front desk was notified and the ladies in the cleaning department showed up promptly and changed the sheet out and apologized for the
uncleanliness that was observed. The rest of the room seemed just fine. My wife did state she could use more pressure from the shower head when showering. The breakfast was very good with many choices available. It was a very busy weekend with many families staying here and overall the hotel tried to keep up with all the issues at hand...oh one other thing to mention, the stairways could use vacuuming as it appeared guests had dropped food and other litter on the steps!

Adrian was at the front desk when I arrived. After a 5 hour trip there was no welcoming smile just said okay when I told him I was checking in. My hands were extremely full and he told me to take the stairs up to the next flight. I come from 20 years in hospitality management and I do expect good service so it's disappointing to get less than average service at check in. Got to the room and it was cute but found white spots on the carpet throughout the room & the edge of someone's toast in corner near the a/c unit. It's also hard to cool the room down the first night. The hotel was alright but probably would not stay again -- as my husband stayed there the last time he was in town and had the same thoughts.

This was our 2nd stay here because we were so impressed the first time. Overall, still impressed with staff, breakfast, and hotel. Good quality hot food (make your own breakfast sandwich), fried potatoes, pancakes, croissants, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, juice).
We were disappointed to find the bedding on our sofa bed had not been changed since the last guest. Housekeeping was quick to get us new bedding and helped make the bed.
Checkout was a breeze. Beautiful art throughout. Fun property for adults and kids. Indoor/outdoor pool was neat. Huge hot tub.

Overall, the hotel was nice and I would stay there again. The rooms were extremely clean. That was impressive. The breakfast was excellent!
The pool was not as nice as it looked in the photos, but it was still a good pool and the kids enjoyed it. The hot tub was warm and very large.
One (very small and minor) downside was the coffee. I was excited about the 24/7 hot coffee. When I checked in at 2:00, I let them know the coffee was out and they said they would look into it. An hour later, I checked back and they had not refilled it. When I asked if they were going to, I was told they had turned it off for the evening. I asked if it was no longer 24/7 coffee as advertised and the receptionist said he didn’t know. That was kind of a bummer. Other than that, the overall stay was nice and I would stay again.

Great hotel, always love to stay here. i didn't have any issues but my mother said one of the employees at the desk was rude

Check in was easy and quick. Our room was perfect. Breakfast had lots to choose from, all my grandkids ate a good breakfast. Kids favorite was the heated pool that goes under window to outside. My fav was the great breakfast, saved on food cost on Spring Break and no argument where to eat.
Problems..not enough towels in room but they had more available. The funny about the hotel was larger than we are used to, the halls seem to go on and then turn depending which elevator you took. Grands did not have a problem just Gma and Gpa. Little pricey but i feel the breakfast and great pool for entertainment equaled the extra cost. Thanks everyone!

If you are considering staying at one of the large hotel chains while you’re in Tulsa…DON’T! If you’ve already booked it… CANCEL IT RIGHT NOW and book a stay here! From the staff to the hotel itself this place is TOP TIER! I can’t wait to come back to Tulsa just to stay here again!

The front desk guy max was super rude after he put me in a room that the hot water didn’t work. Plus they wouldn’t give me my free drink.

The hotel was beautiful. The location was great. The only complaint we had was that they ran out of towels - we had zero towels - not even our dirty towels from the day before. So on the day we checked out they didn't have any to give us.

Great hotel. Feels very upscale. Nice people. Nice area to stay in, close to restaurants and shopping but also quiet and not on a busy street. Always a favorite when in the area.

Outward appearance of the hotel was fabulous; however, don't be fooled! We checked in at 10:58pm after driving 10 hours. All we wanted was a hot shower and sleep. At checkin, we were informed there would be no hot water from 11pm to 4am. OK, at least we could get a good night's rest. Nope, not in the cards. Our room was either freezing or blazing- there was no in-between. The ac/heat unit in the room blinked lighting up the room like a runway all night - fun, right? Well, at least the blinking light lit up a path to the carpeted bathroom with mold around the tub and to the sink that was literally two feet from the foot of my bed. Washing your hands was off the table as well since the sink did not drain the entire time we were there. Upon checkout, the clerk asked if everything was OK. Well, no it was not and I politely let him know the issues. He very quickly snarked back at me and told me that I would need to contact Expedia since I didn't book directly with the hotel. OK, great, I will. Expedia contacted the hotel to advocate for a refund and guess what.....denied. The hotel manager denied all issues but were ever so kind to issue a $25 refund. At this point, just keep your money. We spent 7 hours at this hotel and wish we would've just kept on driving. Don't let the exterior fool you.... KEEP ON DRIVING to one of the several hotel right across the street!!! The only redeeming quality of the hotel..... the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The staff made the stay quick and easy. We will be back in the future.

We really enjoyed this location. The only drawback was servicing your room but I am sure it's just a low staffing situation, which is pretty normal everywhere right now. If you contacted the front desk they were very quick to attend to you.
Lots of quaint meeting/sitting options. Great breakfast, extremely inviting. Would definitely stay again!!

When we walked in the still Christmas decorated checkin area we felt welcomed and ready to relax. On the way to the rooms there was a glowing fireplace with seating areas, gorgeous statues and canvasses. We got to our room and loved all the space, comfortable bed and HOT shower. Then enjoyed dinner across the street ,BBQ. Back at the hotel more exploring. There's a room calĺed the LIBRARY. A fireplace chairs sofas and tables . Small ,quaint and cozy. We enjoyed drinks there from the bar. Then bed.Ahhhhh. Breakfast buffet was great and was different the next morning.
Love the atmosphere and staff. Definitely will be staying again. Òne suggestion , more towels! 2 people 2 days and only 3 bath,2 face towels. More towels !
