Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay. 6. Management fee covers a damage protection insurance waiver during your stay. 7. Quiet Hours: 10:30PM - 8AM. 8. Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra $100/guest/night. 9. The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it! 10. Please do not wash hair down the drain. * We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
