Great hotel with great staffs specially Reception manager and Hotel Manager they are very kind person.

I only needed a bed and hot shower so never too fussy. The bedroom, 2nd floor was fine, large TV, clean linen apart from no means to adjust the temperature. The cubicle/pod shower was not so good. Hot water took forever in shower terms to get hot with the flow of someone suffering prostrate issues. To park, (I used Bute Street p&d) one must pay once during the day, return and pay again at 18:00 to cover the night. The cost was reasonable.

Hotel Room was ok clean and big enough. No coat hangers for clothes. Very basic room, small table no chairs to sit on. No coffee or tea facilities but a cheap vending machine downstairs was ok. Booked window room but window wouldnt open. Also blind didnt cover all of the window so light was coming in which was distracting. would book again if only staying one night.

Room was very clean and Fahim at Reception was very friendly and informative on local places to eat.

The hotel on its own is situated in the city like environment,with lots of amenities, close to the station, restaurants nearby and Mall. The staff were absolutely helpful throughout my stay.and will recommend it for anyone and will come back. Only cons was, if you like hotels with breakfast in the morning, you won't be able to get that. But they have coffee machine and snacks dispenser which is good.

This my 2nd time staying here, because it’s budget friendly, very cost efficient. Their WiFi barely works.

The hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable with warm rooms and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, the manager checked me in and explained all the facilities and he gave me a sense that he genuinely cared that I had a good stay. I will definitely be back next time I fly out of Luton

This hotel is a little gem, the price is excellent, the rooms were clean with all that you need for a short stay, comfortable bed, clean white linen, a lovely hot shower and a nice large TV. So much improvement on my last stay but it’s the staff that really stand out, both Jonathan and Fahim on the front desk were so polite and assisted me with places to eat and booking taxi for the airport. Their service was of a 5* hotel standard. This will now be my go to hotel whenever I need to stay in Luton

It was close to the mall and close to transportation Can’t open the windows

If you have claustrophobia please never go there there are no windows and room is tiny or please pick a window room The bedsheets, floor, towels and toilet were very dirty and almost never cleaned The checkout at 10AM and check in at 3 PM is something I never saw in any other hotel and you pay extra if you want to checkout at 12 PM like normal hotels

The location of the hotel was great right near traiin station the room was too warm it need fan in room as there no window.the tea coffee very expensive if you staying few days but part from that was ok

Room was clean but had a small of stale smoke - the whole hotel had a very odd smell of too much air freshener to cloak a musty smell. The shower and toilet room is very snug and like a capsule and floor boards throughout the hotel and room are very creaky. For the money it's passable as was just a place to crash for the night after going out in St Albans for drinks but I wouldn;t ever book again. The staff were very polite though for check in - it's just a very cheap hotel.

We only stayed one night as arrived on late flight. This hotel is very basic, more like a hostel with private rooms, Very small room with beds only and no space for luggage Bathroom is tiny and plastic (like in caravan) Corridors smelled of strong air fresheners which gave me headache It’s served it’s purpose as we just needed a bed for the night but it was overpriced at £70 with frequent traveler discounts for what it was

Hotel was just as needed for a 1 night stay for football. Didn’t need any of the usual things like breakfast, super fast internet and lounge seats in room etc as we only used it as somewhere to put our head down to rest before driving the 4 hours back up north the following day. The shower was hot but the water pressure was just a little trickle compared to what we’re used to but other than that the hotel was conveniently placed, cheaper than everything else around in centre of Luton and only 15 minutes walk to Kenilworth Road.

The heat was controlled from the lobby, our room was very cold. The window blinds were broken and could not be raised for seeing out the window. Both issues were mentioned to front desk but nothing happened. No place to put clothes backpacks etc. No place to sit. Internet usually didn't work.

The outstanding feature of my stay was the night manager who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. He even moved my room for me. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are very compact so do read the descriptions carefully. This is a budget hotel and is adequate for a couple of nights stay and very well priced for a city centre location. Irons, hairdryers etc are available upon request from 24 hour reception and hot and cold drinks machine in reception. I would come back if I was looking for a well priced city centre stay. Thanks again to the night manager (whose name I’ve forgotten) he was adorable

The room was supposed to have air conditioning but did not have any. This was most disappointing

Please share parking details and directions. It was very difficult finding and getting to.

Staff very helpful, easy fast check-in. Taxi booked for me. Room warm good TV. Comfortable bed. Good sleep. Only downside shower water wasn't hot. Still showered but in cold water. Light dimmer didn't work. Easy problems to sort in future.

The room was extremely small ! with out any sound insulation between the rooms.

Everything was ok. Location was good as it’s very close to the train station.
