Very happy after a 3 night stay with a toddler and pregnant wife , couldn’t wish for more from this great boutique hotel, well located and maintained. Staff were great. Would stay again. A+

Excellently located just steps away from Alfonso Martinez metro and surrounded by endless food and shopping options. Staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are large with large windows that look out onto the street. Inviting terrace with bar/lounge library area on main floor. Good variety offered at breakfast. Would stay again!

Hotel Sardinero is great as well as a great neighborhood. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are nice. My only complaint are the stairs and that there is no one to help you with your luggage up the steep stairs. Thank you

Noise from the street made it hard to sleep. Frosted glass windows made the room dark and gloomy. Front desk staff indicated that Expedia had not notified them of the VIP perks, but went ahead and provided them after negotiation. The hotel is in a great area. To reach the rooms, you have to go up about 10 steps (3 in front of the hotel; 7 inside); no staff was available to help carrying the luggage during our stay.

I missed to have a coffee/tea machine in the room, but everything else was just perfect..

Not near by any sightseeing spots, but very close to the metro station. Sanitation is barely ok, but can’t say it’s very satisfying.

Great hotel very well located. We stayed 3 nights and will definitely book again for our next trip to Madrid. The only but I’d mention is that the roof top terrace was closed the two times we tried to access it.

The hotel was really great. Room was beautiful and sparkling clean. All the staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. Thanks for the complementary bottle of wine, was really appreciated :)

This is a nice enough hotel, but we were put in a disabled room - lots of space, particularly in the bathroom, but there were no actual useful features in the bathroom. No towel rails or hooks, for example, so if we wanted to be environmentally conscious and hang our towels for use again, we couldn’t . A basin, but no shelves or vanity counter where we could keep our toiletries, just a very small round table with all the hotel bits and pieces on it. We ended up putting their stuff on the floor so we could put our stuff not on the floor. We would recommend the 3 star Petit Palace Santa Barbara over this supposedly 4 star hotel

Centrally located, has Old World charm. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Room was very nice, roomy by European standards.

Low walkability. Noisey location, roof deck lacking any service whatsoever. Could never find attendant/ server in the bar! (Seems strange)

Overall a good experience. We booked two rooms for a business trip and it was a really pleasant stay.
The rooms are a very good size, the bathrooms generous. Its a very good all round 4* hotel.
The bar area was great for 3 of us to hold an impromptu meeting. And the menu of the day was lovely.
Only downside is the side of the gym, age of the machines. However they were ok for a quick 30 min workout.

It is a great hotel with a Metro station very near the hotel and very convenient. I really had a great time in the hotel, it was very comfortable.

Beautiful room, quite and clean. When I asked for amenities for the room, they provided for them immediately. Very friendly and helpfulstaff.

Staff very friendly and obliging. Rooms nicely presented and spacious. Metro station across the road.

I requested a corner room….. they gave us one.
I asked for extra pillows and we were offered a “pillow menu” to select our preference.
The breakfast was ample with various choices to suit all tastes.
Scrambled eggs let it down ( overcooked)
And felt it was missing an Alpen or muesli/ bran type cereal but otherwise we were happy.

Very nice and confortable hotel.
It is very well located, and even if it is near a roundabout, you cannot hear the traffic outside thanks to its extra thick window glasses.
It’s the third time I go there and will certainly repeat.

Excellent. Would happily stay again. Lovely boutique hotel. Missing tea & coffee in room and also if you catch metro there is no lift from nearest station.. (use Tribunal stop).

Lovely staff. Quiet, clean, and spacious rooms. Beautiful terrace and nice areas to sit and chat. Highly recommend for people who enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

Incredibly stay! The service was great, the location was really convenient and our room was lovely. They rooms are airy and spacious and really well thought out! The shutter doors over the window are genius as they block out all light and sound! The best night’s sleep I’ve had in a hotel in years. The non slip bathroom floor is really clever too! I would rate this hotel as 10/10 and definitely would stay again/recommend!
