This home is located on directly on the ocean on one of the rare, traffic-free beaches in Volusia county! The private, outdoor oasis really sets the tone for the whole trip. An oceanfront pool is surrounded by a sundeck with an abundance of outdoor loungers. Please note that the weather is warm here nearly year-round and just like the majority of pools in the area, this pool is not heated. From the sundeck, you can walk through your private, wooden beach entrance and feel your toes in the sand. The other side of the pool hosts a fun, covered patio which includes an outdoor kitchen, TV, and a luxurious lounger. The outdoor kitchen includes a mini-fridge, sink, and propane grill. The covered patio is connected to the pool house. The pool house includes one guest bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the garage. This is a great room for those seeking solace from the hustle and bustle of the main house. The other side of the pool deck leads into the first floor of the main house. The remaining bedrooms are all on the first floor of the main house. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, separate access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom which includes a gorgeous, walk-in shower. The primary suite holds a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a garden tub, double vanity, and spacious, walk-in shower. Another guest bedroom holds a queen bed with an adjacent bathroom including a lovely, tiled walk-in shower. Also adjacent to this bathroom is the last bedroom and it's perfect for tiny travelers! It features two twin/full bunk beds and even includes two twin trundle beds allowing for up to 8 guests in just this bedroom. The second floor of the home holds the living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and oceanfront balcony. The second level's open floor plan allows for endless ocean views! The oceanfront living room features a large sectional and flat-screen TV. The dining area is adjacent to the fully remodeled kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and features additional counter space between the dining area and kitchen. The home includes a convenient laundry room as well as a 2-car garage and driveway. This home allows for up to 4 vehicles or the motorcycle equivalent. Please note that we do not allow trailer parking on-site but can refer you to an off-site parking company upon request. Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events. This home is directly across from a Publix shopping plaza. The plaza includes restaurants, shops, and Florida's favorite grocery store - Publix! This property was impeccable! Communication with the owner before, during and after was seamless. The house is gorgeous with a beautiful open upstairs floor plan. The pool and side bar probably received more use than the house itself! The added benefit of stepping right off your personal stairway to the beach was fabulous. Conveniently across from Publix, not much more to desire! Will stay again if in the area!

Beautiful home. Very comfortable for 13 of us. Kitchen, bathrooms stocked well. Owner,s response for problem very timely. Would agree with needing a handrail on the stairs. Drawback was not being able to use the outdoor bar area much at night due to the Sea turtle ordinance. Did not see this in vrbo though it was in the contract. The special lights wouldv

Margarita Manor had plenty of space to accommodate our 12 family members for a fun beachside vacation! In addition to the in-ground pool, the direct access to the beach and the close proximity to the Publix shopping center provided convenience for both the adults and children in our group. The main upstairs floor contained a spacious kitchen, dining area, and living space - all appeared newly upgraded and nicely decorated. The sun-deck off of the living room was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean view. All bedrooms were on the ground level with three of them toward the front (west-side) of the house. The primary bedroom was spacious with a roomy en-suite bathroom and soft king-sized mattress. The kids room had two adequately sized sets of bunk beds (that also included trundle beds that we did not use) so our little ones slept comfortably. One guest room was rather small with a queen bed and a nearby hallway bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms (on the east side of the house with poolside entrances) also had queen beds, but each had an en-suite bathroom. Although this did not prove to be a problem for our group, both of these bedrooms required guests to walk outside to get to the main living area. Note: the bedroom that was in the separate pool house had a smaller window air-conditioner that was a bit noisy and was difficult to set an accurate temp. Our family truly enjoyed our time in Ormond Beach at this unique 5 bedroom beachfront home!

Definitely loved how close the beach is! Cleaning crew was still there at check in but they were very friendly as we came running in. Quiet even though neighbors are close. More than enough space for everyone. Just wish there was a hand rail on the bottom set of steps for one of my guests that was a little older. Would rent again

Everything was great. My ONLY issue would be that the trash cans outside were totally full the entire time with no direction on when they needed to go out. We had to put our trash next to it. Other than that, the property is amazing

We had a great time. Great location. Some wear and tear on the property, understanding there was a recent hurricane. No complaints.
