The master suite with views across the bay comprises large walk-in robe, and spacious full ensuite set at the front of the property. The remaining two bedrooms are set at the rear of the property down a passageway. All bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds. Access to the rear garden is also achievable through a delightful courtyard from the third bedroom. The second living space is fitted with comfortable sofa bed. The rear bedrooms are serviced by a central bathroom with spa bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet. Separating the bedrooms is the main living/dining room at the front of the property and the kitchen, in formal dining and second lounge room in the centre of the home with pool table.
