This scenic retreat has 1000 ft of private river frontage, spectacular views, and stocked ponds filled by a mountain spring flowing from a small backyard waterfall. Unless the entire compound is rented, the river frontage and ponds for fishing may be shared. This mountain oasis is a nature buff's dream. A comfy, older FL Wright style townhome has a Queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and the 2nd King bedroom also has a bunk room making it the perfect place for the whole family. We have rafts and paddle boards available that can be rented by the day upon request. The rentals come with life jackets, water proof speakers, and coolers. Guided rafting, paddle board trips, and a trailer to shuttle gear can be added to your day for an additional cost. Pet fee per pet. Fee depends on size of pooch and the nature of their coat. Dogs must be restrained while outside. There is a dog run available to leash them. We have crates in case you can’t take your pet with you when you’re not at the house, along with, dog beds and bowls! While we are extremely pet friendly, aggressive dogs are not welcome.
