Enjoy a stylish experience at this charming home only a few blocks from Downtown McKinney. Accommodations for the entire family with 6 beds and large dining area. Spend time with the family at home or walk to our favorite local dining, shopping and festivals McKinney has to offer. Everything you need will be here waiting for your next adventure. There are 4 bedrooms total 1 bedroom downstairs, connected to the downstairs bathroom. The is a king bed One of the three bedrooms upstairs is connected to the bathroom and has a queen bed One of the other two bedrooms upstairs has a Queen over Queen bunkbed The last bedroom upstairs has a full bed and a twin bed. There's also a high end queen air mattress that is self inflating which we keep stored under the bunkbeds, free to use when needed. *Reserving person must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. *No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. *All events or parties must first be approved. *Pets must be noted on the reservation and additional fees apply. *We love keeping our home pet friendly, but cleaning a full house completely of pet hair is a large chore, so if any is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. * No smoking is allowed in the property. *Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy and being mindful of energy costs. *If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. *If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. *If any sign of smoking is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. *Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

This was a great place for us. We had a few friends wanting an overnight stay to celebrate a birthday and the location was nice. It was well stocked with the basics, beds were comfy, everything was clean and we had no problems.

We had a group of friends stay here and i'd highly recommend this property if staying in McKinney. Downtown is walkable and property has everything you need. Check in was great and will look to stay here again when we return. Thank you!

Loved the spaciousness, w 4 adults, we each had our own space and privacy. The location was ideal for walking to the shops and restaurants. We were very confortable and well taken care of by the host.

This is a wonderfully appointed property about a block and a half from all that Downtown McKinney has to offer. The pictures are accurate on the listing but it cannot show how comfortable the home is and the host has thought of everything. This home is a charmer and even in a Texas summer the upstairs balconies enjoy wonderful breezes. We stayed at this listing while our new home was being prepared nearby but I would highly recommend a stay here!

A beautiful home in an amazing location with lots of great historical houses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. We stayed here for Christmas and did a lot of cooking feeding the family. The house worked great for our needs and Aaron is such a gracious host. We chatted with him several times and appreciated his concern for both us and the house during some very extreme weather. I highly recommend this property and if we choose to spend time near this area again we will gladly stay here again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

I rented this home with my family of 4, my sister's family of 4 and our mother. We were in town for Thanksgiving and a family wedding. The house was terrific and fit the 9 of us easily. Then around 9:30pm on Thanksgiving we arrived back at the property to find we had no water. A quick call to Aaron and he was there in a jiffy to find a broken pipe in the yard. Being that it was Thanksgiving, a plumber couldn't get out until the next morning. Aaron understood that 9 people would require a bathroom, and with his apology for the inconvenience he put us up in a hotel for the night. As promised the plumbing was repaired the next day and we were able to return to the house for the rest of our trip. The house was charming and our family will definitely book again when visiting my brother in McKinney!

Firstly - the host’s welcome and amenities are over the top. This home also has great indoor and outdoor spaces - porches that invite one to relax for hours. The interior is stylishly bold and super comfortable. Loved it. The host was very responsive and solicited suggestions.

We so enjoyed the stay and all of the amenities that the house offers. It became quite chilly while we were there and our little Canadian knew exactly what to do with the fireplace stove in the living room. We had wonderful mornings and evening warming around that stove and enjoyed every part of the house. Each bed was extremely comfortable! Thanks, Hammill Family!

This was a beautiful house to stay in!! We stayed with family for a family trip and it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of clean towels, washer and dryer accessible and dishes were clean! The owners were responsive and sent us detailed notes about house and cleaning instructions. The big swing on the top porch was so fun! The babies loved it! I would definitely stay here again if we needed to come back to McKinney.

Wowza, if I could give this house more than 5 stars I would! This place is absolutely perfect for a larger family. The neighborhood is wonderful, which made walking to the McKinney Square so easy and quick. The home is beautiful and Aaron has thought of absolutely everything to make any stay comfortable. The rockers on the front porch were perfect for my elderly parents, even in the heat. And the large bed-type swing on the veranda was so inviting and beautifully kept. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless! Such a plus to have a washer/dryer available off the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, a spacious kitchen area and a large dining table made this home the perfect place for our family to be able to eat together!
We so appreciated the nice welcome basket of goodies, the use of the endless supply of condiments in the refrigerator and the generous varieties of coffee. Check in/check out and all communication with Aaron was so easy and quick.
Everyone agreed it was one of their favorite VRBO experiences. We will definitely be back, and soon!

What a wonderful place - even better than the pictures! It is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable for my group of 8. There are multiple porches with hammocks and a day bed. Everyone on the second floor shares one bathroom, but it was never an issue. Aaron is quick to communicate and generous with provisions in the house. We would love to come back!

Going into this house the first time was like coming home. There was hot chocolate and oatmeal on the counter for us and the refrigerator had butter and condiments for our groceries. I was so impressed that I called the owner and thanked him. Great location, beautiful home.
