Bachelor, and the other beauties of Central Oregon. This home sits within a short walk of a dock on the banks of the Deschutes, allowing you to easily go kayaking, tubing, or fishing. You'll also be close to the slopes of Mt. Bachelor, the Cascade Lakes National Scenic Byway, downtown Bend, and world-class golf courses in every direction. After a day spent on the river or a nearby trail, come home to enjoy the lovely outdoor space by taking an afternoon nap in one of the hammocks, reading on the upstairs balcony, or lighting the gas grill on the deck for a sunset barbecue in the fresh pine air. The interior living space is perfect for cozy nights spent at home, whether you're preparing dessert in the well-appointed kitchen, gathering around the dining room table for board games, or streaming movies in the warmth of the woodstove (logs are provided for your convenience). Of the three bedrooms, one is a primary suite upstairs with its own desk workspace, and balcony for your morning coffee at sunrise. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
