The room had several small issues from hair dryer falling from the wall to leaking sink and dirty walls. Additionally you have to pay for valet parking which was not disclosed during booking, also the valet company was not very friendly. Overall not a bad stay but I probably would not stay there again if returning to Ribeirão Preto.
