Bedroom 3 is a king bedroom on the ocean side with access to the screened porch, and bedroom 4 features two trundle beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom. On the first floor there is an extra-large screened porch with lots of seating to relax and enjoy the ocean breezes, twice the size of all the others in North Beach. There is also an additional open sun deck upstairs off the living area and a gas grill and an outdoor shower under the house for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
