I/WE further agree to abide by a policy of no alcohol while on recreational equipment (bikes and/or kayaks) and to wear a life jacket at all times. I/WE, on behalf of myself/others under my reservation, my/our personal representatives and my/our heirs hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify the owners from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of bikes and/or kayaks, and other equipment. I/WE specifically understand that I/WE am/are releasing, discharging and waiving any claims or actions that I/WE may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts or other conduct by the owners, The above agreement shall be binding on my heirs, successors, assigns, administrators and executors.
